Logan was fantastic handling our 12-person family gathering last night. They went above and beyond to help keep our gender reveal a surprise! Food was absolutely delicious! Fast, friendly service! This is our new favorite restaurant!! Will definitely be going back!

We had the 8 ounce pork chop and my wife had the elevated grilled cheese. We had an appetizer of a Boudin ball and we had cornbread with brisket in it. We had peach cheesecake and carrot cake for dessert and it was all very very good. Our server was outstanding. So thanks Jordan! E I’ll definitely go again. So many things we didn’t try.

Those boudin balls are bangers. The poor lady had our 6 top and evidently another area. She expressed apologies they were extremely short staffed. We got there about noon-thirty. We ordered an appetizer the boudin balls. I also had a French dip(4/5) and fries. It had an amazing au jus sauce. The stock was hearty snd and the mixture wasn't over powered by coffee as you will sometimes get at other places. My wife had the grilled chicken(4/5). It was juicy, gently seared. Next my mom aunt and cousin all got the shrimp baskets, no complaints they were fluffy and tender with a slight crispy crunch in each bite. Very good sized pieces. The waitress was doing her best . We waited a good 30 minutes for her to come get our order after she had gotten our drinks. And when the food came out there were several thing wrong, no hush puppies, and the side item for my wife she messed up. Even with the hour sit down I had great company and we laughed it off and enjoyed our extra time together. I will be back next time I get down to Texas.

For a local place in Porter this rivals other big name chains like Texas Roadhouse or Longhorn. All of the food we ate was delicious. The waiter was fast, on point and funny.
