Just left and have to say, food was subpar, but what really astounded me was their treatment of an elderly vet !!! He walked in, with his walker at 8:34 and they told him no, they were closed and wouldn’t serve him !!! A VET !!! I get businesses have hours, but it’s not listed ANYWHERE outside on their doors what their hours are…. It was despicable and they should be ashamed !!!

The worst restaurant in our area. Please do not go here. My mother and daughter went there for valentines night , it was not busy and now I know why. It took 1.45 hours to get their food , after an hour their food came by cold, the manager said don’t worry I’ll take care of this for you and 45 minutes later their hot food came out. You will never guess how they took care of it, he didn’t charge them for the cold food!! Are you serious? We revisited with the manager, he called the owner and the owner said it’s like going to Dillards and you buy a shirt with no buttons on it. Do not eat here the food is way too expensive for what they serve and if you have a problem with it, you are sol. Do better Hofbrau, you are a local business and you will go under with the way you treat your customers!

The boudin balls appetizer was delicious. The atmosphere was good with all the mounted animals on the wall, it gives it a real texas feeling. The ribeye steak was definitely lacking in flavor and the sides mexican corn and mashed potatoes were lackluster. The service felt rushed and the server seemed impatient. Overall it was an okay experience but we will unfortunately not be coming back.

I feel like a lot of people forget this place is here cuz it's tucked away! But it is absolutely a wonderful place to have dinner with your family phenomenal stakes great seafood and fish if you're hungry and you're not sure what to eat? Then this is your place! They've got everything from sandwiches fried food and steaks you can't go wrong.

Did take-out and was highly disappointed. I keep seeing soft good looking rolls in these review pictures. That is not what I got. I got rolls that looked like they were toasted, so they were hard by the time I got them home (which is not far). The steaks were super weird chewy and had no seasoning at all (no salt, no pepper). My husband ended up cooking his some more because it was too red (not pink) for his liking. The green olives in the salad threw me off and the lettuce was very wilted (my dressing was mixed with a good amount of water from the salad leaves being rinsed, I guess). The fried shrimp and fish were over cooked. I won’t eat here again or recommend.
The rolls are so so soft you will want more I promise you. We had pork chop served with French toast battered pork chop with gravy top with fries & bacon bits & green onions I couldn't finished it.The steak was tender tasty just right with loaded potatoes and broccoli. You got to stop by and try it for yourself.
