As a former waitress , i pay attention to how my servers work and can i just say …Everything was awesome, i got the fried catfish and i have never been served a filet that big. My server was lynn and she was absolutely amazing. The customer service of everyone here was really amazing. I never had to ask for anything. I will definitely be back. I pray this place never goes out of business. Eat here!!!!

New to Texas and first time to Hofbrau. Chose a family owned establishment rather than a chain to celebrate our 16th Anniversary. Atmosphere was classic Texas steakhouse, food was on point, and the service was tier one. Logan, our waiter, made sure we were looked after and all was well with our meal. One order got mixed up, but the management and staff made sure it was fixed right away. We left full and happy. The boudin balls and stuffed tots were a hit and the steaks were cooked...

Appetizer: Fried pickles, queso and chips, fried mushrooms and the Fried cheese sticks. All were amazing. The cheese sticks set the bar on what a cheese stick needs to be!!

We had the ribeye and New York strip steaks. Both amazing. The catfish etouffee was on point(I'm from Louisiana and know how it's supposed to taste, and they did it perfect!).

Service was engaged and amazing. Met our every need and want. Had no room for dessert...
