I've given this location 2 chances to get things right. The first time, my gf arrived before me and was not offered water or even noticed after being seated. She's diabetic and I was rushing to get to her. The place was nearly empty and staff was in the back conversing. The manager finally came out and apologized for the service and took a discount off of our meal. We went back this week and again we were the only customers. We gave the new kid a lot of grace but not being offered silverware or water and then getting our order completely wrong.... I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and he brought fried. My gf ordered a double meat hamburger and got a single. WE LITERALLY WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS! Anyway the server was given grace for his age and lack of experience but this location sucks. I told my gf we are going to Pete's burgers next time.

Cassandra was super nice! She was very attentive and made sure I was taken care of! I ordered my usual Philly stacker, no onions and extra crispy bacon on the side. It was so good especially while reading a book! Thank you! ☺️

For the price point IHOP always delivers a good value when you're looking for a quick fix for your hunger. And when I stopped in this morning it was no different. Got taken care of by Erin who had a pleasant demeanor and got my order in quickly and made sure it came to my table as soon as it was ready. Had the waffle combo and a sweetened iced tea to get the day going right and both didn't disappoint. If you're ever in the area and hankering for a menu that caters to almost everyone's likes this is the place to go to that's budget friendly. Make sure you ask for Erin and you'll be taken care of like a valued patron.

I was there for brunch. I had the Colorado omelet, the meat was really dry. Eggs were quite over done, Browned way too much for my taste. Also, the e-exit is right next to the fire extinguisher (corner situated) and they had high chairs and trays stacked up blocking both, basically they had a corner and totally disregarded safety regulations. I told the supervisor on duty you can't do that, she didn't want to hear it, i know they won't do anything about it.

Not the same ihop it use to be. Mashed potatoes look like they been sitting there since yesterday I ordered the steak tips got like 4 pieces in my order cold. Took about 20 mins to receive my food even tho the restaurant was empty. I called tried to order through the phone and the employee were trying to ask for my credit card information to order it to go. Definitely go to the humble one.

It was hot as hell inside ... the patio doors were wide open ... so it made it rhat much worse .. I guess the A/C was out
This is the second time I come and visit this place at night trying to give them a chance of having better customer service. They don’t have enough people working. We waited at our table almost an hour no one ever came to pick up our order. We ordered drinks when they sat us down and the glasses were half way served. This place really needs more people to work.

Stopped.in to get a crispy chicken salad not knowing they had a menu change, asked the waitress if I could still get the salad and she said NO. We'll that's a no for me also, walked out. Salad was the only reason I go to Ihop!
Worst ihop ever. Lazy cooks and staff. We got strawberry and banana pancakes and they sent plain pancakes with 3 holes in the pancakes and no strawberries or banana. We ordered turkey bacon and they gave us regular bacon instead. We also put no cheese in our omelet and they added cheese. The French toast was also not cooked. Do not come here, lazy staff don’t know how to cook.
