The dine in experience was ok. When it was time to pay i used my debit card for the amount of the bill, later checked my account and seen that extra money was taken off my card. Called the restaurant about it gave all information haven’t received a refund yet.

I arrived at 0820 hours. I ordered the breakfast sampler without the hashbrowns and butter for my toast. My order arrived at 0840 hours with hashbrowns, no pancakes and/ or butter for my toast. The waitress stared they messed up my order. Hands me plate to take off the hashbrown. The waitress leaves tells the kitchen you forgot the pancakes and never returns. I didn't see the kitchen move so fast once a guy who looks like the manager showed up.
Everyone is entitled to have bad day. I still left her tip.

Ordered online was advised that my omelet would be ready in 12 minutes. Hurried over to the restaurant only to find out they hadn't even started on my meal. I waited an hour for my food, which was missing my drink. Had to go back inside to tell them I needed my drink. Employees had no care that my simple order if an omelet was not ready. There were SEVERAL people still waiting on their food they had ordered online that they had not started to work on. Will NOT be going back. Will go further up the street to the IHOP in Kingwood.

Service sucks. Went on a Saturday morning. Checked in at 10:40 am and got sat down at 11 am. Placed our order right away and at 11:40 am we got up and left after other tables that came after us received their food. Waste of time and energy.

I don't even eat pancakes. I saw an ad for these and couldn't resist because I love Reese's Pieces. I ordered an omelette they let me upgrade this as my side for an additional $2.50 it was great
