We ordered on the app. We were supposed to pickup between 4:00 and 4:05. Arrived and it wasn’t ready. Came back a little later and it still wasn’t ready, and no one was at the counter to assist any customers. After an hour of waiting I just requested a refund. Especially after the lady that claimed to be the GM began to yell at another customer for asking if anyone was going to receive any customer service. The front was full of customers and no one was receiving their orders.

I ordered thru phone a hour before, got there for my pizza lady at the register was rude, said I had to wait another hour and she was really rude and careless BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE overall they wanted me to wait 2 hours for my pizza

We ordered hot n ready pizza not a take and bake. Order was raw and had to be re cooked at home both pizzas. Oven temp is off or yall just too busy but feeding ppl raw bough causes ppl to get sick . We're paying for cooked food not stomach cramps, finish cooking it. Cooking isn't just melting the cheese. And yall ask for tips ? I finished the job and explained to my hungry kids is wasn't redady, tip me. And they don't pick up the phone either BTW.

have to wait 45 to 1 hour wait just for 1 cheese pizza? come on! and they call it "Hot and Ready " I have been in 3 locations, and they never have hot and ready pizzas ,but meantime i was writing this review one of the guys came up with my pizza, I don't know if it was my lucky day but it just took about 15 to 20 minutes,i don't understand how they appraisal the time and discourage customers not to order and leave the store without a pizza, i almost do it, but i sow some customers walking out because of the time waiting, I hope management do something about it to get better experience to go to a little caesars stores.

Ordered here from DoorDash and got 3 pepperoni instead of 2 pepperoni and 1 cheese. Ok cool no biggie. But babyyyy when I bit my slice and ended up with hair in my mouth 🤢🤮 I can’t stand y’all. This location has always been crappy but that was it for me

Don't spend extra money on the old world fansaroni pepperoni pizza, just order a regular pepperoni because that's what you will basically receive. Since it's not giving me the option to attach photos in my review, I'll upload them in the photo section.
The workers in here are rude just don't care not professional at all so I called to order phone rang and rang I did this several times so I go online and order it kept telling me 45 mins wasn't enough time so I had to change time to 535and it was 420 so that over hour so go to pick it up it wasn't ready another 10min so another 10 min so it's already was hour and 15 min on top of the 10 min twice so hour and 35 still not they text at 6:12 it was ready come on so 420 to 612 for a damn pizza really they definitely need to make this right this is just the way this is they don't care in that store customers are not their priority

It's a little Caesars. Their pizza pick up machine doesn't always work. Sometimes things go wrong and then you gotta wait. That's my experience with all little Caesars. I highly recommend the pizza bites or crazy puffs, whatever they're called, they're cooked in a muffin tray and were stuffed with pepperoni.

The app is the only thing holding them back. The "rewards" section is BS marketing trash. I've spent $30 3× in a row and it won't allow me to apply the promo code. I feel duped cuz I didn't really need that much extra stiff but I do like it alot and I thought the extra stuff was justified by the discount (I never received) $7.50.... pay up Líl cèezá
We placed an online order at 5 pm for pick up at 7pm. My husband waited an entire hour at the store for our order. Would not have waited had we not already paid for it. Absolutely unacceptable to wait that long. My husband said he did not see a manager in sight. No apologies, no explanations. Pizza tasted fine but service just ridiculous
