Every time I come here you have to wait for over 35-45 minutes to an hour to get your food every single time it's ridiculous but it's the only one close to my house

Thr other day placed a order and received a notification to pick up at 5pm. Didn't receive my pizza, which was cold until almost 7pm. Also missing crazy bread sauce. I don't blame employees but Management for not having a proper functional operation like calling names when a order is complete. Hiring more employees during busy days I'm sorry but this was the worse experience gone through for a single pizza. Location needs improvement.

Hire more people. Lots of business at this location but you're lucky if you get a pizza even if you order way ahead of time. The lobby is full of people that just want to order. Nothing is hot, fresh or fast here.

I waited over an hour for my order at Little Caesars, which is completely unacceptable for a place known for fast food. There was no communication, no updates, and no apology. This experience was frustrating and a huge waste of time. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Workers were great and did what they could. Terribly understaffed. Manager was nowhere to be found. Took over a hour to receive pizza. Only ordered 2 1 toppings.

Before eating here I’ll recommend go to domino’s, it’s 1 minute from this location, the food, service and atmosphere are really better than here

This Little Caesars location does a great job. The place was clean, the employees were polite, and my order was correct. I especially liked how fresh the pizza was compared to other locations I’ve been to. Definitely coming back.

If I could give this location a “0 Star” review, I would. Every time I’ve placed an online carry out order (mainly early evening time)……they take forever to put the pizza in the oven. Today was the worst ever experience. I ordered my pizza & 2 crazy puffs at 6:11pm. At 7:44pm the order was finally put in the oven. I finally got a notification that my order was ready at 7:53! Lol And that’s not the only issue with this location. I began calling after 30 minutes of ordering my order and it had yet to be placed in the oven. I called for many hours from my phone trying to cancel and get my refund. They continued to put me on hell hold or not even answer my call at all. Assuming they knew it was me by their caller id. I finally got ahold of someone (because I called them from my husbands phone) at 10:45pm (15 minutes before they closed) and of course they were of NO HELP AT ALL GIVING ME MY REFUND. Told me I had to get on their main website and file a claim to get my refund!!! This has been the worst experience ever! Luckily we still got our pizza fix because we placed an order at the New Caney, Tx branch location. I would NOT RECOMMEND ordering from this location to ANYONE! Even if it was the last thing to eat on earth!!! Lol! The whole experience and their customer service was the worst I’ve ever had to deal with, with any establishment in my life!

This is the worst Little Caesar’s location. Nothing is is EVER ready. The employees hide in the back to avoid the crowd of people. This has been ongoing for at least 5 years. I would never recommend anyone “stop in” because the wait is about an hour, generally to even order.

I’m not sure who the manager is at this location but they definitely need more training on how to be faster and more efficient. Maybe just replacing all these employees. This is the only location I’ve been to. When is corporate going to come in and make changes? Something needs to be done. I mean these reviews are TERRIBLE 😳 AND THEY HAVE BEEN THIS WAY FOR YEARS. Come on little ceasers step up!

I keep coming back and each time i do i have BAD experience!! This is literally my last time coming here!! They always take longer to bake the pizza than the time given! This time an hr passed and my online track did not move from the first step! Super bad customer service and very sloooowwww people work here! I will no longer be going to this location ever again!

2nd time i come here and every time is a minimum of a 2 hour wait. Thats because i ordered through the app!!! Its unacceptable to wait that long for a pizza
