have to wait 45 to 1 hour wait just for 1 cheese pizza? come on! and they call it "Hot and Ready " I have been in 3 locations, and they never have hot and ready pizzas ,but meantime i was writing this review one of the guys came up with my pizza, I don't know if it was my lucky day but it just took about 15 to 20 minutes,i don't understand how they appraisal the time and discourage customers not to order and leave the store without a pizza, i almost do it, but i sow some customers walking out because of the time waiting, I hope management do something about it to get better experience to go to a little caesars stores.

The workers in here are rude just don't care not professional at all so I called to order phone rang and rang I did this several times so I go online and order it kept telling me 45 mins wasn't enough time so I had to change time to 535and it was 420 so that over hour so go to pick it up it wasn't ready another 10min so another 10 min so it's already was hour and 15 min on top of the 10 min twice so hour and 35 still not they text at 6:12 it was ready come on so 420 to 612 for a damn pizza really they definitely need to make this right this is just the way this is they don't care in that store customers are not their priority

It's a little Caesars. Their pizza pick up machine doesn't always work. Sometimes things go wrong and then you gotta wait. That's my experience with all little Caesars. I highly recommend the pizza bites or crazy puffs, whatever they're called, they're cooked in a muffin tray and were stuffed with pepperoni.

The app is the only thing holding them back. The "rewards" section is BS marketing trash. I've spent $30 3× in a row and it won't allow me to apply the promo code. I feel duped cuz I didn't really need that much extra stiff but I do like it alot and I thought the extra stuff was justified by the discount (I never received) $7.50.... pay up Líl cèezá
We placed an online order at 5 pm for pick up at 7pm. My husband waited an entire hour at the store for our order. Would not have waited had we not already paid for it. Absolutely unacceptable to wait that long. My husband said he did not see a manager in sight. No apologies, no explanations. Pizza tasted fine but service just ridiculous

Super disappointed. Did the online order, said it was ready. Arrived picked it up only to discover missing a pizza. Told the young lady behind the counter. (Mind you, I've already paid) she walked to the kitchen, and so many people were waiting. Anyway she was gone for a good 15 minutes! Only to come back and ask again what my order was and what was missing 🤦🏽♀️ I finally got my other pizza, no apology...ugh Pizza was good though

This is got to be the worst Little Caesars I have ever seen. Even I’m not busy days, good luck having anything hot and ready. Be careful going here a Hispanic male who works here stole 20$ from me and tried saying I didn’t pay him as soon as I gave him my 20$ he walked off came back and asked if I was going to pay him then yelled out loud are you trying to scam me???! It was completely embarrassing and caught me off guard the manager did nothing to help me solve the issue she didn’t pull camera up weee proof would have been I am so upset about it and will be calling cooperate so everyone beware and pay before u get there or do pickup because if they think you’re an easy target they will try it with u.
