This was the worst experience I have ever had at this location the pizza was horrible with thin paper thin crust cold it was as if someone was in training learning how to make a pizza 3 of them that way then my Italian cheese bread was even worse old cold could barely even pull it apart then I call up there get hung up on 3 times after waiting 20 & 30 mins for them to pick up the phone then they just pick it up and hang it up beyond frustrating...can't get in touch with anyone at all to even get my order replaced it redobe this is the worst when I had company and so happened to be my bosses from work very important group of people and I picked up this type of food after me bragging to my boss and coworkers how good this particular little Caesars is and I got a slap in the face with this quality of define and food thanks very much to porter little Caesars

Worst little ceasars that can be the place is disgusting not one part of the store is clean and you have a employee on drugs he look all high~Travis M i dont know if that’s his name but he’s skinny and white looks like he has long hair if i could rate this store a 0 I WOULD.

This has to be the only little Ceasars to never have hot and ready pizza. I have lived in the area since 2020 and have gone here on weekdays and weekends. I have never seen them have 1 hot and ready. Everytime I go there are workers in the back playing on their phone and a line out the door. When I do go, there's always tons of people complaining about them never having hot and readies. Well, I don't want to fall into that line of just complaining, so this is the very last time I'm coming here and I'm actually leaving without any pizza. Because i'm not going to wait 45 minutes for a hot and ready.

Picked up an order tonight around 620pm. Very rude customer service from the lady with glasses working the front counter. Rudely explained that there was only 2 of them and if anyone needed to place new orders it would be a while. Even though I ordered 30 minutes before arriving, I still had to wait 20 minutes before it was done. Been in there several times and it’s always the same attitude. Food is good but customer service is poor. Even witnessed her telling a customer “to go to McDonald’s if she didn’t want to wait” after the customer checked her because of the attitude she had with her as soon as she walked in the door.

Make sure when you sign your name on receipt put the total ,when you pay with credit card if you don’t plan on tipping put 0,ZERO I left it blank and they took it upon themselves to add $4 for tip. All they did was take my order nothing special where a tip was expected from me.I never had this happen to me before at any other establishments.This is the slowest little Cesar I’ve been to they never have Hot and Ready

ZERO STARS! Everyone is absolutely rude at this location. They show they don’t like their job and take it out on the customers! 1 hour wait for pizza is crazy especially here! Won’t be returning

I purchase the new pepperoni crazy puffs at approximately 2:17. When I arrived to the store there was three people in line ahead of me. When I walked in no one greeted or came to the counter. Myrtle people walked in after me and no one still came to the counter nor stated “We will be right with you”. Another guy came in and attempted to pay with cash the guy immediately said we do not take cash. The guy skipped me and went straight to a guy that came in 15 mins after me. At around approximately 2:57 my order was still not finished. I then asked for my money back due to the online order saying it was in the oven at 2:36 but upon observation I seen absolutely nothing in the oven. A red head lady (supervisor) with an eye piercing to the left eye walked around the corner really fast and asked what was the problem. Concerns and asked for my money back she then screamed at me while throwing recipe on the counter saying “JUST LEAVE” in an aggressive manor. I gathered my recipe and attempted to leave while she became belligerent and obnoxious behavior screaming “I’m calling the cops.” This woman is very unprofessional and rude As well as it had two other staff members, a boy and a girl working in the back.

I've never had a bad experience here myself. I usually always order online through the Little Caesars app and when I get there, it's always ready; im in and out. The service has always been good, they've never caused me any problems. The only thing I'd say is slightly annoying is how small the place is, and when it gets packed and there's a line of about 6 and up, it gets PACKED. I do understand that's not their fault, which is why I still believe it's 5 star worthy, it's just something to keep in mind if you plan on ordering on a day you know it'll be busy at any pizza place.

This probably one of the worst Little Caesars I’ve been to. I don’t go to LC often but when I do it’s because I want something fast and cheap. Although the prices are still decent, the speed at this location was astoundingly slow. I came here on a Wednesday afternoon. It probably would have been faster if I went to Dominoes down the street and had them make it to order.

I ordered a classic with no sauce and got charged extra because it was "customized." How am I paying more for one less ingredient. The employee told me he couldn't input the classic with no sauce. He has to charge me for a customized one. As if he couldn't just tell the kitchen to just not put sauce on the pizza.
