I have always been happy with Marcos and never had much trouble. They have run into some kind of problem with people ordering and not paying and they are no longer taking cash. this affects my ability to order and will make it to where I can no longer order pizza from Marcos normally there is someone there that is capable of allowing cash payment for a regular customer.
that no longer seems to be the case as they said the manager was not around. this is very disappointing.
Good morning. I wanted to share my disappointment with me service this past Sunday night, at your Porter Tx location. I ordered at 625pm. Received confirmation that pizzas would be ready at 645pm. Had quite a few people at my house waiting to eat. My son got there to find out they were running behind. He waited and waited and waited. I finally went up there at 730om and asked for a refund. At the moment it is 7:12pm. I ordered my pizzas at 5:54p. And I have 4 kids that are hungry and I need to get them ready for bed and school in the morning. I’ve called the store twice. Both times was told it’ll be about 7 minutes. I’m angry. We live less than 5 miles from the store. And for a $100 order I expect better
