I ordered chicken nuggets and fries at McDonald’s, and let me just say — the nuggets were crispy, hot, and perfectly golden, and the fries… well, they were classic McDonald’s fries which are addictive, and impossible to eat just a few of. 🍟🐔 Honestly, it’s the kind of combo that hits the spot every time, whether it’s lunch, dinner, or a late-night snack. I ordered McCrispy, and the outside was crunchy but the center was raw ,I had to spit it out , got refund after i showed the manager, but I feel wasn't enough done on their part ps went back Tuesday and now I am sick puked all night please beware, I thought first bad experience was a fluke but no beware

I ordered breakfast before they switched to lunch menu they had me sitting for 25-30 min while i would see everyone getting there food first, doesn’t make sense if i came first. Really bad customer service.

Sunday morning @ the drive through which was extremely crowded (& to be expected). I wanted breakfast, but by the time we got to the board to order it was 1033, so no breakfast as they were switching to lunch. Not that big a deal except... we had TWO items--a Hot & Spicy McChicken & a Quarter Pounder with cheese. The car ahead of us @ the 2nd window had not moved in quite some time. Big order or glitch??? We paid @ the 1st window & the kid told us to pull upfront & wait. So we did & we waited. And waited. Meal finally came out. The Hot & Spicy was hot (temp) & very good. The Quarter Pounder with cheese was LUKEWARM. Really? You do the changeover for lunch, make me wait & don't give me a hot sandwich? Cheese not even melted & we were already headed south on highway 59. I'm not going back over a temperature issue @ the drive through, but you'd think a simple TWO item order for lunch would have HOT sandwiches! The car that had been waiting ahead of us hadn't moved the entire time, so obviously some issues going on. I'd eaten here in the past @ this location with easy highway access, but I seriously doubt we will come back to this location. My burger was tasty. It would have been great if it were hot. We had to have been the first or second lunch order. I expect better from the corporate golden arches!!!

I went here on 8/28 and I must say the manager at the 2nd window was so sweet , and professional if all McDonald’s had people like her working there I think McDonald’s customer service would have Chick Fil A’s customer service beat. I can’t remember her name I think it was Marceila. The food was fresh too and she made sure to ask if you needed condiments.
