Sunday morning @ the drive through which was extremely crowded (& to be expected). I wanted breakfast, but by the time we got to the board to order it was 1033, so no breakfast as they were switching to lunch. Not that big a deal except... we had TWO items--a Hot & Spicy McChicken & a Quarter Pounder with cheese. The car ahead of us @ the 2nd window had not moved in quite some time. Big order or glitch??? We paid @ the 1st window & the kid told us to pull upfront & wait. So we did & we waited. And waited. Meal finally came out. The Hot & Spicy was hot (temp) & very good. The Quarter Pounder with cheese was LUKEWARM. Really? You do the changeover for lunch, make me wait & don't give me a hot sandwich? Cheese not even melted & we were already headed south on highway 59. I'm not going back over a temperature issue @ the drive through, but you'd think a simple TWO item order for lunch would have HOT sandwiches! The car that had been waiting ahead of us hadn't moved the entire time, so obviously some issues going on. I'd eaten here in the past @ this location with easy highway access, but I seriously doubt we will come back to this location. My burger was tasty. It would have been great if it were hot. We had to have been the first or second lunch order. I expect better from the corporate golden arches!!!

I went here on 8/28 and I must say the manager at the 2nd window was so sweet , and professional if all McDonald’s had people like her working there I think McDonald’s customer service would have Chick Fil A’s customer service beat. I can’t remember her name I think it was Marceila. The food was fresh too and she made sure to ask if you needed condiments.

The indoor play area was hot and muggy and super sticky. Entire place was dirty but the food was hot and tasted as good as McDonald's can taste

Their food is always what you expect from a McDonald’s but something I’ve noticed over the years is the people at the window stop repeating your order back to you and are always forgetting something in the bag. Today really pushed me over the edge for my ice cream cone to be sticking out the window before I leave the first window is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion the guy at the window once I got there just shoved the cone in my car and looked at me I said thank you and he slammed the window without a word.

I went on Sunday through the drive thru I ordered a large chocolate shake and a few other items . I took a sip of the shake and it was soo sweet I couldn’t drink it 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ it was pure chocolate syrup. I feel like the person who made it didn’t even put ice cream in it. I’ve never drank a shake like this ever from any McDonald’s until I went to this location .

Best McDonald's in Porter! I stop by most mornings for their fantastic iced coffee (the caramel flavor is a must-try). The kids love the playground, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Don't forget to use the app for the daily deals and save some $

This is my second time not receiving ANY condiments after asking for extras. It doesn’t make any sense for the drive thru to be that irresponsible pls do better especially when people are paying there money
