THEY ARE ALWAYS SOOOOO RUDE AND NEVER GIVE THE ORDERS RIGHT. WHEN YOU COMPLAIN THEY ALWAYS GIVE YOU ATTITUDE AND THEY ALWAYS MISS SOMETHING FROM THE ORDER AND WHEN YOU TELL THEM THEY GET MAD. IT SUCKS CUS ITS THE ONE CLOSE TO MY HOUSE BUT EVER SINCE THEY OPENED EVERYONE IS ALWAYS IN A BAD MODE. AND IF THEY DONT LIKE YOU THEY SEND YOU TO THE NEXT WINDOW TO WAIT FOR MORE THEN 15 MIN EVEN WITHOUT A LINE!! HORRIBLE SERVICE

So what is the purpose of ordering at the kiosk and the table tents? Ordered food, grabbed the table number, 20 min pass and I get up to ask where my food is. The staff had placed the tray of food behind me at an empty table. Wasn't offered to remake the cold food or watered down drink from the melted ice. Choked it down to return to work.

Great to know I’m being helped in a timely manner! I’ve been here for probably 10 minutes waiting on my order. It’s super slow and everyone is standing around. This lady is even on her phone! Terrible customer service.

It's kind of hard to mess up a McDonald's but somehow they figured out how.
Consistently bad service. Almost every order they forget something or give you the wrong food item. No one is ever upfront on the counter. They don’t tell you frappe machine is broken so you wait 30 min for nothing. If you have time go down to McDonald on 59 and 1314

-Update- I just had to open a dispute for the "cancled" order charge with my bank By far the worst McDonald's I have been to. I had an order on the app went through the drive-thru gave them the code and then all of a sudden they said my orders canceled. The manager has no clue how to work the app and even after I showed her my receipt on the app and in my email with all of the payment information she reiterated that she has no clue why the order was canceled or how the app works. There's a reason why people like that get paid minimum wage

I have lost count of the number of times this location has forgotten to give me items and gotten my order wrong. I’ve tried calling them multiple times and it always goes to voicemail they won’t return my calls. Awful service. It’s one thing to mess up an order but this often and to refuse to answer your phones so they don’t have to make it right is just wrong.
