Sunday night visit: A++++ Manager on duty Leslie went above and beyond. You rarely get good customer service anywhere anymore and she was GREAT, as was the rest of her staff. Food was very good, will definitely be back to this location.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this experience is important to share. Mariela the manager or lead at this location displayed a condescending attitude toward both customers and employees. Instead of listening and answering respectfully she talks down to people and tries to shame them publicly. It creates an uncomfortable environment where customers feel belittled and employees appear stressed and demoralized.

We love the shrimp dishes with vegetables or beans! The flavors and taste is so amazingly savory while eating it together with the noodles!
Omgosh I will be doing take out at this good eats! They have the red takeout boxes. They are so cute and i can leave the left overs in them,in the fridge, for the next day! This saves me time from doing dishes. Win! Win! We love Panda Express Woohoo!!!💕🥰😘

Every time we go to Panda, we always go to store #2729 in Kingwood. RYAN N. is always our Server. This young man is ALWAYS extremely courteous to every guest. He also will run out from behind the counter and clean up the dining area. He appears to be the best worker. He should be promoted with a raise. Fantastic service Ryan. Thank you!!
I had a fantastic experience at Panda Express thanks to one exceptional employee who truly went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, he greeted my family and myself with a warm smile and a positive attitude that instantly made me feel welcome. He was incredibly attentive, patient while I made my order, and offered helpful suggestions without ever making me feel rushed.
What really stood out was his attention to detail and genuine care for my experience he double-checked my order for accuracy, made sure everything was fresh, and even took the time to ask if I needed any sauces or utensils without me having to ask.
In a world where great customer service can be hard to come by, Ryan was a breath of fresh air. I left not only with a delicious meal but also a smile on my face. So with that THANK YOU SO MUCH RYAN! :)
