The kolanches were delicious, I really liked the boudain version. I was just a little shocked at how expensive they have become since I haven't bought any in ten years. Clean store. Fast and friendly service!

I thought was me. I order 3 fill donuts. With my order. Young girl said she will fill them. Mind you it was not even business inside or outside. She didn’t even fill them. I don’t live a jump down the street to the pat donuts. But I do live in Porter Tx. I will be sharing my experience with everyone. I spent money on your product and you didn’t deliver.12-14-24. My wife went back for me to have them correct the issue. They correct the issue. Yes. But it service that lacking . We should not have had to go back after the first time. But I am glad they handle the issue.

Very poor service through drive thru and out of most popular donuts during busiest day of rush hour. Poor attitude of employees. Too many other donut shops so not dealing with poor service and attitudes. Do better or loose customers. Simple.

Large variety of donuts and koloches are delicious
My husband and I stopped in for some coffee and donuts. Met a beautiful soul named Ron who drove all the way from Conroe for apple fritters, so naturally, we had to try some of those. We were very pleased with everything we ordered and everyone working that day were extremely kind and patient as we took longer to decide what we wanted, it being our first time. Will definitely be back.

So I went into pats today 05/26/24 and was standing in line waiting my turn to order. As I walked up to the case a noticed a bug flying around in the case with the kolache’s. As I pointed it out to the lady she reached in and started swatting at it. At that point I noticed a second live bug on the glass inside the caste as well as a dead smooshed bug that hadn’t been cleaned. I was shocked and walked out without ordering!

As I pointed it out to the lady she reached in and started swatting at it.
