The young girls that work in here are so rude and have so much attitude. People are stopping to get breakfast on their way to work and the staff joking and playing while they have a line to the street annd numerous people sitting on the side waiting for food! Will never use this location again. If you want good service without rude staff, just keep driving and go to the Pats on 59!! This is an amazing location. Not sure who is running the 1314 atore.. but do better!

This has been my go-to place for at least three years if not more. It has always been fantastic, until recently. The last couple times the customer service has been lacking, I think the same girl, younger hispanic girl, nose ring, has helped my the last two times last time inside this time through the drive through. She was inside gossiping tell she noticed us in the drive through, no one else in line, no one else in the shop. Took my card inside, came back and said it wasn’t working and asked for another card which I had just used, I asked her to try again and she gave me attitude about it. She closed the window for a minute then opened it back up and said no it won’t work. Went a couple doors down to Shipleys and it worked just fine I guess she just wanted to get back to her conversation. Very sad because this has been a place my family has loved going for so long…probably won’t be back after this interaction.

I bought a dozen donut holes and 1 blueberry donut, they charged me $8.24. too expensive for my wallet.

Drive-thru got my order wrong and when I went inside to ask about my wrong order I was told that was not what I ordered at the drive-thru and that the order they gave me was correct. Terrible customer service, will not be coming back here.
This is absolutely my favorite place to get an apple fritter. They're always fast (in the drive through) and friendly and the food is delicious. They also have pretty great kolaches. Either boudin or sausage are my go to's. Great place for donuts.
