This location is absolutely horrible. Just save yourself the time and drive to the Kingwood location. Their customer service is also trash. I ordered a pizza directly as is on their menu, it as delivered with missing ingredients (pesto margarita pizza, missing the pesto) called customer service they put in an order for remake, got the remake and it was the same as original. Called customer service again and they did a 3 way call with the location - guy was not friendly- they said they would make sure the next remake would be made as it is supposed to be. Received 3rd pizza and can you guess? The same. Called customer service and told them I just want a refund because it’s been 3 hours now and I don’t think they are going to make a 4th correctly at this point. She agreed and told me for my trouble she was going to put in for a full refund of $79 of my order and I would receive a call from the location manager within a couple days. Never called, never got a refund. Called about 7 days later to check on refund and they never processed it then only refunded twenty something dollars. The call center said they sent another email for the location/area manager to call me and he never did not surprised. So again just go somewhere else. Dominos, papa John’s, different Pizza Hut location. Also count give my feedback on the link they sent me, I guess they turned it off

Nothing inviting in here. The guy who rang up my order has the personality of a door. Dismissive and not knowledgeable it seemed. My order was on time but was wrong. Breadsticks had no seasoning just light butter flavor. Not a good experience.

Irritated, ordered Parmesan Garlic and Red Pepper shakers and was giving salsa cups with the above said items. Spent 4 bucks for cups of grated cheese and red pepper flakes that doesn’t even cover the 2 medium and 1 large pizza I bought.

They are insanely understaffed. We ordered boneless wings , and two personal pan pizzas. They brought the wings out bone-in, and we have been waiting for the two pizzas to arrive to the table. It's been 15 minutes since the incorrect wings were brought, and still no pizza. Total time elasped around 40mins.

The pizza is not good here. I am sorry. I have always liked the sit down pizza huts, but much has changed. The pizza wasn't even average. You will get better pizza from the small pizza wing places. I am sure the food they deliver from this location is not any better if you have it delivered

Placed my delivery order at 6:30 PM the app said our large pizza would be delivered at 6:50-7, text message said it was delivered at 7:05. No sign of the pizza. Called the # listed in the text for problems and no answer. I called the number for placing orders and after being transfered I was told the order was indeed late and would arrive at 7:30. Then I got a text from a door dash driver saying my pizza was delivered. Again checking my cameras and the front porch, no delivery was made to my house. Long story short, 8 pm no pizza and $31 down, I microwaved a frozen dinner. Customer service was non existant. I requested a refund, we will see how long it takes for them to deliver my money!

Yuck….people if you’re reading - this ORDER DOMINOES!! My mom insisted on ordering Pizza Hut and this is what we got…a cold Pizza delivered by Door Dash (I assume, it wasn’t a Pizza Hut delivery person that arrived though we ordered straight from the store). The pizza was disgusting, on top of being ice cold. We ordered extra cheese…as you can see, that didn’t happen. Exactly 1.5 pieces was eaten because it was basically cold cardboard. The receipt shows $29+, it does not reflect the 20% tip I left upon ordering.
Luckily, I ordered cheese breadsticks as well so there was something edible to eat, otherwise this would have been a solid 1 star experience. The cheese breadsticks came with a dollop of marinara…so freaking chintzy I’m embarrassed for any franchisee if this is the product they have to sell now.
