Last week I ordered wings via UberEats, only for the driver to get to the store and they tell her they don't have any wings at all.
Today I decide to give it another try. I order a BOGO deal, 6 chipotle wings and 6 ghost pepper. Order arrives and I notice I only have one box. I open it and it's all chipotle wings. Crazy enough, there are stickers on the box, one for chipotle and one for the ghost pepper đ
So, I assume they didn't have ghost pepper and decided on their own accord to give me what they wanted to instead of stating they were out of an item I ordered. SMH

I ordered on the app . It was ready when I went to pick it up it up . But you have to make sure you have the condiments and napkins . Nowadays I think you have to ask for everything .
Mixed spicy chicken and regular chicken in same boxes. Probably the 10th time they messed up an order at this location. Minimum wage job tho what do you expect from them

9/25 I came to Popeyes for my co workers I waited 30 minutes for fresh chicken which was fine because we didnât mind waiting. The bring my food out at 9:58. I didnât have no napkins so sauce no honey or spoons for my order asked the guy if I could get some. He brings me two Ranch and two hot sauce and about 4 Cajun sprinkles. Which is not enough for 10pc chicken and my sides and 5 biscuits. The cashier guy was rude. Also I pulled back to the window so he could see easily give me more condiments and spoons and all the workers ignored me. The manager came got the cashier draw I blew the horn she did her hand like we closed. Her name Lizette she was very rude now I have all this chicken which no condiment and the ghost pepper wings has so seasoning it. They didnât even give receipt. That manger is ALWAYS RUDE to customers. You should not treat customers like that she didnât care at all I sat at that window for 12 minutes they all ignored me.

Got 2 spicy chicken sandwich combo meals. The first sandwich was saucy and great, however the second one had barely any sauce on it and looked like it was just thrown in the bag. Other than that, the chicken had a weird texture (Fake meat?) I don't know how to describe it besides oddly chewy and like layered? 4/10
