Update the manager refunded my money I ask the owner not to fire the manger it was not her fault it was the drive Thur fault I have over 30 years experience in customer service that is what need to be train on thank you for refunding my money and being understanding . God blessed …I order just 3 chicken tenders and a lg sweet tea and a cup of ice and got charge 30.82 and was not even my order and I got the recipe to show proof I got charge for someone else food and did not even get what they charge me for I have tried to call but line is always busy .. and I did a separate order for a chicken wrap and it was cold as ice and took almost 45 minutes to get to me I was in the drive thru and they ask me to pull up I want my money put back in my debit card .. this was last night at 6:07 pm on 8/27/2025

Had delivered chicken a mixed mild and spicy the spicy was so damn burnt and we got renders they were light but rock hard I worked for TryWest foods out of Tampa as an area supervisor 7 stores never served shit chicken

Night staff is young , rude , likely to escalate a situation than resolve it . You give them your money and they have the audacity to give you an attitude. Gone head and drive a lil further to get your chicken fix , this place needs a healing therapy session /team meeting .

Trying to get some food at 9:20 pm. According to google they are open until 1am but they are all locked up and no one is coming to the drive through window.

came and went through the drive through and had to wait about 10 minutes to get someone on the speaker when it wasnt even busy. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with cajun fries and a diet coke as well as a regular mac and cheese. The lady told me they are out of mac and cheese so i said just the combo was fine. i got to the window to pay and when the person read out my order he said it the side was mashed potatoes instead of the cajun fries i asked for. i asked him to please change it to the cajun fries instead to which he quickly said “we are out” so i asked if i could just have a biscuit instead and he said yes. when i got my food i was disappointed. not only was my sandwich not spicy it wasn’t cooked all the way either it was raw and inedible. i also never got the biscuit i asked to swap for the mashed potatoes, no silverware was provided either. Im very disappointed with the service i received and will not be coming back.

Update(5/14/2025): Found a hair on the bottom on my nephews biscuit. Beyond disgusting. I will be making a formal complaint. They're going to make someone sick.

Last week I ordered wings via UberEats, only for the driver to get to the store and they tell her they don't have any wings at all.
Today I decide to give it another try. I order a BOGO deal, 6 chipotle wings and 6 ghost pepper. Order arrives and I notice I only have one box. I open it and it's all chipotle wings. Crazy enough, there are stickers on the box, one for chipotle and one for the ghost pepper 🙄
So, I assume they didn't have ghost pepper and decided on their own accord to give me what they wanted to instead of stating they were out of an item I ordered. SMH
