This Shipley's has delicious donuts, not like the other Shipley's that the donuts are soft and loose it's shape when you grab one. These are more dense and flavorful. Their kolaces are big and delicious.

I don't know why anybody goes to Shipley donuts. This is the second time I've been there and walked out without anything! Every time I go there I am met with some miserable employee. I tried to walk in and the door was locked.

Absolutely amazing service! I started off with a bad morning and not feeling well, but I was welcomed greatly by the staff. They were patient and helpful to me. They were incredible and this is my #1 stop from now on.

There donuts was super cold like coming from a refrigerator!! Mind you I came in the afternoon but .. they could have at least heated them up. I wasn’t turning around to have them warm them up.
It’s like eating cold spaghetti at an Italian restaurant.

I have lived in Porter my whole life. I’ve been coming to this Shipleys ever since the first day it open and now the customer service have gone so downhill it’s ridiculous. I was just there this morning and there was a younger guy working the window and he was no more interested serving people anything else I’ve ever seen and they do not offer hot donuts Anymore and When you ask they always have an issue
Weekday crew is wonderful, but the cashiers today (Sunday) were terrible. Rude and unprofessional, having a personal conversation as I was ordering.

Great coffee, stopped to go by Starbucks but that line was horrible, saw you guys next door and I've always loved your donuts and coffee so I made my way over there and I loved it! Super hot coffee and fresh hot glazed...?

The donut was dry and tough. The cream was different. I was disappointed and won't go back. There are too many good donuts shops.
