I had an amazing experience thanks to Jerry! He was incredibly sweet and kind, and his service was unbelievably fast—my Starbucks drink was ready in a flash. You can tell he truly knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work. Jerry is amazing at his job and made my visit so pleasant. Starbucks is lucky to have him! Will be going back to see him!

Horrible service at the speaker! To top it off the cashier was swiping and swiping my card I had to tell it it was tap, he then proceeded to say my card was declined (embarrassing) I said what do you mean declined? ..he just gives me the pad thing to say like try it for myself can see it dont work. I tap and it beeped and he said oh it just needed my touch! So rude!

I came in yesterday to get my iced matcha latte with 3 pumps of raspberry syrup and raspberry foam on top and this is what I got! So disappointed !!!! $9 for that

The baristas were fantastic. There super nice and they give amazing service. The outsides is a bit dirty but the inside if like a library, quiet and relaxing. You can just drink your beverage in a calm atmosphere. Only issue I have is that when I order a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino is should have more whip cream and more of the caramel bits. But overall amazing.

I just had the most incredible Venti Matcha Latte with strawberry cold foam, and I had to leave a review because it was THAT good. I go to Starbucks all the time, and let me tell you this one blew me away. The flavor balance was perfect creamy, smooth matcha with that sweet, fruity cold foam on top… literally amazing.
Huge shoutout to Alyssa, the barista who made it she absolutely nailed it. It tasted fresh, perfectly blended, and honestly better than any I’ve had in a long time. You can tell when someone puts care into what they’re making, and Alyssa definitely did.
If you love matcha or just want to try something a little different and next-level good, get this and hope Alyssa’s the one making it!
