I ordered this from Uber eats but they messed up my order no surprises there, they always do. I always get The Monster from the subway series, cause it’s my favorite, I specifically asked for no green peppers, they put it on anyways. I asked for pepper jack cheese, they put something else on it. And I can barely taste any of the peppercorn ranch. This subway is a hit or miss every day.

I visited this location today and was stunned at the behavior of the two workers behind the counter. The man just ignored me standing there. He finally looked up and asked if I was there for a pickup. Once I stated I was there to place an order. He immediately ignored me and kept working on his orders for pickup. I was in disbelief how he started speaking Spanish to the other lady and pretended I didn't exist. I finally left the establishment without placing an order. This location is getting worse and a bad representation for the Subway Brand.

The ladies english was so broken I couldn't understand her! I kept saying "sorry I don't understand you." She spoke in spanish like she was irritated with me but it's not my fault her english isn't good. Get someone else to talk to me if I can't understand you. It's sad what america came to, people don't want to hire english speaking people anymore.

Walked in there and no one was in the counter and then a young Hispanic male walks out with a football jersey. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Mumbled some words and seemed to be very angry. He was about 18-25 age range. Ive never seen someone so unprofessional in my life. Never coming here

Worst service I’ve ever had. lady was extremely rude, mishandled food, overcharged to prove a point. Literally told me just no when I asked for something. Wildest experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant in a while. Well she made her point. customer service isn’t needed and they don’t want the business heard loud and clear.

I had it delivered so I couldn't even drive up there so they can fix it.Next time I guess I'm going somewhere else. ?

Order two sandwiches on the app. Requested on both for sauce and they only put sauce on my second sandwich. Place looked empty when i got there and sandwiches looked like it been sitting there for awhile and cold. They can try to care for the customers order a little more.
