So, im not sure what time the girl working here on Dec 5th, 2025 opened the store. But she was walkimg around the store drinking up all the soda and just looking at me at the door. Dinally around 9:11am i gave up and went to another restaurant. She obviously has NO vested interest in this store doing well...but if they close due to her inadequacy they lose and she loses employment...smh

Some of the shittest customer service, served with so much attitude I didn’t even finish making my sandwich when I walked out. Stood there for 10 minutes and I wasn’t even acknowledged until she finished her 4 mobile order tickets, no “give me just a second or anything”. Lady rolled her eyes and back sassed me when I asked for more than 3 pickles on my sandwich and I had enough after asking 3 times for more than just 3. Rude and unprofessional. I would have paid for the extra pickles!! It’s not even that big of a deal, I didn’t get ANY OTHER VEGETABLES I JUST WANTED PICKLES!

The worst experience I’ve had there they got my order completely wrong. Wrong bread no sauce and on top of that I tried to eat it and the cheese was old and looked almost moldy. They rushed the order just to get me out of there. The sandwich is inedible.

fading rage

Down right theft.. tried to double charge for the steak on the steak egg and cheese breakfast, after giving me a laughable “half scoop” and saying thats the proper amount. When asked how less than 2oz of meat was proper they laughed and said thats up to the manager. Didn’t even charge me the proper sub, charged us for a more expensive bacon sub and upcharged it as well. Then charges us a value meal on top of it. Will be taking this up the chain.
