My family tried: Fried fish, fried shrimp, chicken strips, crinkle fries, shoestring fries, and (low carb) blackened shrimp taco salad. Let me tell you, the fried fish was prepared with care, flavored right with a hint of spice, very delicate, flaky and when bit into had a crisp lite crunch in the batter- just plain delicious!!! The blackened shrimp, another winner!! The green sauce really brought it all together for me. My son liked his chicken strips, he rated it at the top...
No complaints here. The food was amazing! We had the loaded fries and the chicken sandwich, which was more than enough for 2 people. I should of taken a doggie bag,but I just could not stop eating. Lol The owner is a really cool dude. If you like cajun it's a must try. We will be going back, for sure."If you don't know now you know "
I stopped in today to try Texas Cajun Connection. I’m glad I did. Minimal wait time for fresh food. Ingredients were fresh and portion was great. I had fish and also shrimp tacos. You can order a plate that has 2 or 3 tacos. Not sure what is in the green sauce but it’s GOOOOOD! ????I’ll be back for some of the rave fries!
