Bought a son of baconator. it was obviously made and put into a warmer. I don't think you can get a fresh burger at Wendy's anymore. maybe if you order with certain things changed like mustard instead of mayonnaise they might make the burger for you. The simple fact is the patties are made early and allowed to dry out. Fast food is premade food. There's nothing made to order here.

Just left here at 1:10 PM Wednesday 8-27-2025. The guy at the window was very rude. I ordered at the intercom and when I got to the window, I didn’t receive what I ordered. So I told them, and the guy wanted to argue with me saying I didn’t say what I know I said. Mind you, I was talking at a normal tone. Then he said, “you don’t have to get loud with me”. Pretty stupid thing to say when I wasn’t talking loud at all. This guy obviously doesn’t have the capability to deal with customers on a professional level and shouldn’t be allowed to represent Wendy’s in that manner. Seems like he has no problem fighting with people, which could end up causing Wendy’s a lawsuit.

I haven't been in Wendy's for 15 years. I tried last night and I was surprised. Much better than McDonald and Burger King. Good job. Wendy's!

So I eat here probably every two weeks and I order the same thing every time I get a kids meal for my daughter I order a baconator with extra mayo and a cup of small chili. For some reason when I got to the window they only had one bag and they said this was my order. I asked about the kids meal and apparently whoever took ok. My order desire to move my order up to a bigger bag which included a extra burger but that wouldn't give my daughter her toy. They moved everything out of the bigger bag and put the chicken nuggets and the fries and a kids meal bag and added a toy which was no problem and cool. I would have gotten a free burger but then whenever I got home I noticed that they did not put extra Mayo on my burger and to top it all off they didn't give me my cup of chili. Honestly I wanted what I ordered. I could care less if it was cheaper this way or about a extra small hamburger. So I'm not sure if I got charged for my chili or not but I'm definitely not a happy camper with how this turned out.

Young lady was patient and kind. Restaurant was clean and modern and there is outside seating. There is also ample free parking. Went to try the Cinnabon pull apart cinnamon roll with a frosty. Honestly was pretty good, would probably order it again on a late night munch or suggest it to a friend.

This is my favorite Wendy's location of all time! The staff here is so so nice, very accurate with my order, and accommodating of my special requests! It's very easy to eat keto here! Not only are the burgers delicious, especially the Baconator, but the grilled chicken wrap and the Cobb salad are awesome! And they have the BEST ranch dressing and the BEST diet Dr Pepper!!😍

Horrible service and customer service ; if I could leave no stars I would! This is the worst Wendy’s ever! We wait 20 mins for our food ; no one was inside and no one was in the drive thru, like it was ridiculous.

The hamburgers are good and the chili is really good great place to get a good meal .
We've come here three nights in a row due to my work schedule being so out of wack non of us want to cook. The food is great for how late it's been but everyone is so cranky and the customer service is kinda low. We definitely prefer the one in kingwood.

I cannot express how wonderful our experience was here! Upon arriving, we were greeted so sweetly and our order was hot and ready! The dining room was clean and comfortable. I will say that the manager was on top of every single thing going on behind the counter. She was so friendly and sweet. I would suppose she’s the manager because she has a royal blue shirt on. Anyways, our experience was amazing especially as we were about to walk out, she graciously had a tray full of frosty’s and offered them to everyone in the dining area. Let me tell you that my kids were so thankful and excited!!! Thank you Miss, we really enjoyed our time here!
