Food was food. Tenders could have used more sauce and 4 cheese Mac and cheese lacked flavor. Waitress never came back to check if meal was good or offer refill on drink. Once she saw I was done eating she asked if I wanted my bill.

Walked in, no greeting, no acknowledgement from anyone not even the bartender at the bar. I ordered blue Hawaiian drink, it was watered down n awful. I ordered the oriental salad with grilled chicken. Salad was saturated with dressing. Service was poor. This actually was the 3rd or 4th time there n everything same thing. Not a place I will return to dispite my love for their at other applebees

Very Disappointed The service I called to ask if there’s any way to get the half price appetizers to go due to me having an infant that can’t be in loud noises. The lady said yes come in and order. I’ll go there to go order. I was told We cannot do that the manager Didn’t want to do nothing about it very sad very disappointed will not be coming back

I ordered the chicken Parmesan with fettuccine noodles and the noodles were like rubber. Hardly any sauce and zero flavor. The service was super slow and the place wasn’t even packed. Waited 20 min just to give our drink order. If you’re hungry go somewhere else.

We’ve watched this location just sag to drab. An overall air of not clean.. today host sits us directly behind another table with seats so close the man siting at table already I could not get in behind him… We without help from hostess try to move table back, couldn’t budge it, so she asks if we’d like a booth on other side, walks away— that table was so loose on the pedestal we were afraid our lunch would be in our laps.. husband ordered “grilled cheese cheeseburger, “ with mustard and onion… Came with NO CHEESE AT ALL??? Waitress never ask if food was ok.. he was so put out about seating then that, wasn’t going to bring up… When we paid her, I said ummm that table needs to be fixed before others sit here.. we continued to tip 20% but , PLEASE PEOPLE . This is the 2nd time in the week at other restaurants we’ve been seated ON TOP OF others when restaurant is nearly EMPTY.. lack of training ???

We had eaten there many times in the past, and loved it. Went today to a pretty empty place and ordered our favorite dishes. The quality of my meal was poor at best. We were up charged six dollars for sour cream on mashed potatoes. Ended up $60 for the 2 for $25 deal. We will not go back.
I wish I could say this visit was worth it, but it wasn’t. The mashed potatoes came out cold, even though they were served on a sizzling skillet—which makes no sense. My salad had rotten tomatoes, and the BBQ sauce on my burger was so bad that not even my dogs would touch it. Really disappointing experience all around. Definitely expected better quality and freshness from a chain like Applebee’s.

I absolutely hate this restaurant but my family drags me there all the time. Went there last night against my will and finally had a server that was top notch. Thank you Drew! He knew what a steak cooked blue was and we had to almost ask for nothing. First server ever to walk by and remove dishes we weren’t using to keep the table neat. He acted like a manager not just a waiter. He definitely had prior server experience at a good restaurant. Make him a head server (with more pay) to train others. Seriously, Applebee’s needs him. Thank you Drew!
