We are at Chili's now! We walked in and saw 3 ppl working. No one greeted us. A waitress walked right by us and was only talking to her customers. Then a little fruity boy looked at us and said be right with you. It was dead and when he greeted us 5 min. Later, he said it would be a 10 kin wait to clean tables. No one was there! Chili's parking lot if full. Now we know why.

Not a place my family or I will be returning to unfortunately we we greeted with its gonna be a 25 min wait so we took a seat but looked around and more than half the place was empty. We were told we could not sit outside even though we watched as the people behind us were ushered in and placed outside we asked to be in a well lit place because our 98 year old grandfather can't see well. We were placed in a u shaped booth and a dim light. The server well he was a real winner came around 2 times when we're ordering and when my dad had to go get him so we can pay the bill. The food was way to salty almost as salty as this review is. I had chunck if salt in it the smothered onions and mushrooms that we got charged for was missing the mushrooms and the fries were soggy. we waited to eat for about a hour only to be served a disappointing expensive meal. I asked to speak to the manager because of it and was ignored.

We asked if it was happy hour ... 3:16 and she said yes so I asked for a 3.00 margarita. I'm not an employee of Applebee's nor a bartender. She brought my margarita and we finished our meal and went to pay and they charged us 7.25 for my drink. I said I ordered a happy hour drink. A so called manager came over and said there was a misunderstanding and since I drank the drink she'd take a dollar off. What was a great day on vacation turned into a disappointing outing. Service was very slow too.

It was a okay experience not the best but not the worst. The spinach dip was pretty good, also the Caesar salad was okay. They accidentally brought me a house salad but realized when it hit the table wasn’t the right one. I also ordered a blue aloha which I never received it…. I was looking forward to it! For the entree I ordered the full rack of ribs (honey glazed the ones in the photo) with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The ribs came out burnt/dry and taste spicy like some type of seasoning was on it. I asked the waitress and she said it was no additional seasoning added it was probably the sauce. I asked them to remake it and the second rack of ribs came out much better! They came out soft, had a beautiful glossy glaze, and much thicker! I was pleased with the second rack. Both the broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes were cooked nicely!
I had the chicken quesadilla salad. It was an experience in flavor haven't had in a while.

Got to try the NEW Hot Honey Chicken Skillet because it was suggested by my server ! It was so delicious and the service was amazing. Such a warming experience ! Will definitely be back

I ordered to go online. I was given a time to pick up. Food never came out. I had to call. No answer. So I went in. As I came in I got a call back. I was told the food would be right out. I waited another 5-7 minutes. Total time I waited beyond given time to pick up...25 minutes. The food was luke warm by the time I got back to the motel which is less than 5 minutes away. Food items were missing, food was mid, and no utensils as requested. I'm visiting from out of town and I'll definitely never go back. Gross.

Friends of ours ask us to go with them. We all ordered our meals my husband and our friend both ordered sirloin steak my husband's was cooked perfectly.our friend also ordered the same steak and the same way as my husband. his came out very well.This is not what he ordered he wanted med So they took it back by the time he received his meal we were done our meal. The manager was nice enough to give him a meal free. Which I thought was the right thing to do. The food was good and the waiter was trying his hardest to make things right.
