Bill Miller Bar-B-Q Reviews
had been wanting to try this place since we moved to Ingleside just down the road. So glad we went. Bbq ribs, brisket, macaroni n cheese, cole slaw, potato salad and green beans were all delicious. We will certainly be returning. This is now our go to place for bbq in this area! So glad we finally tried it. Service was fast and professional, prices very reasonable and the restaurant was very clean!

Food is consistent but why do the supervisors hang out in the kitchen and food prep area with no mask no gloves and pick at food and handle whatever

Bill Miller BBQ offers a variety of Tex-Mex and barbecue dishes. The sides like potato salad and mac and cheese are enjoyable, and the food is consistently fresh, hot, and served with quick, friendly service. The BBQ sauce tastes like ketchup, and the pork ribs are especially popular for their pork-ey, fatty, tender deliciousness. Customers appreciate the tasty green beans, pinto beans, and cold slaw. While some find the brisket dry, others prefer ordering extra pork ribs. The restaurant is known for its welcoming atmosphere, and staff like the manager are praised for their kindness and good mood, which reflects well on the team. Recent reviews mention that the fried chicken was hot, fresh, and juicy, though some found the three-meat plate less fresh, with brisket, BBQ chicken, and pork ribs seeming older. Others say the BBQ feels more chain-style than real smoked flavor, but the service remains fine. Many note that the restaurant has maintained its quality thanks to the manager, who runs the place with care and kindness, keeping the business's original spirit alive. Overall, Bill Miller BBQ continues to serve satisfying food with friendly service and a welcoming environment.
