Blooms is a fantastic place to get a great coffee at a reasonable price. You will be very glad you went there! CH

First time there. It's expensive and I didn't particularly like my drink. $7 for a 16oz drink 😑 could have gotten a 20oz for slightly less at Starbucks. Got a muffin for $5. Again it's cheaper elsewhere. I get shopping local but the quality is not worth the price to me.

I as a loyal customer, I was very disappointed with the funky monkey drinks. I went last week was not what I expected. I went today during my lunch hour and bought 4 of the same drinks F.M. for myself and 3 coworkers. It was not the same. It was watery, and couldn't taste any of the ingredients (bananas, peanut butter, coffee) you could only taste watered down chocolate milk with ice. For what I paid for, it wasn't cheap I was disappointed with my order. That is the only drink I order from Blooms. I wanted my coworkers to experience a good drink today, it was not a good experience for them.

The coffee was good but my review is 100% about the service. The young lady working the drive through this afternoon deserves every single star in this review.

This exhausted mama needed some coffee before a half hour drive. My baby was crying hysterically when I got to the drive through and I was preoccupied trying to console the baby while I was trying to get my drinks and pay. The team member showed a genuine care and concern for me and her small acts of help and caring words brightened my day in a way I cannot describe.

Though I was too distracted to get her name, I know anyone who has the pleasure of interacting with her will experience the same bright spot in their day.

Was honestly very disappointed in this place. I ordered a Caramel Delight Latte with Oat Milk and it tasted nasty. I couldn't even taste any coffee, not only that the barista didn't even know her stuff and was giving me a Karen vibe when I asked what she would recommend. I'm sticking to my regular coffee place from now on, my coffee was disgusting.

I like the inside!
I didn’t like the hot chocolate, I’d give 4 out of 10.
Also they need a toilet paper holder and hangers for bags in the restroom.

It was just so so. No wow factor. Let's talk about the coffee first. One thing I agree with other reviews is that the hot latte tasted like steamed milk. No coffee flavor or no caramel flavor. I happened to order a caramel macchiato. As for the strawberry cream frappe it also tasted just like milk with little bit of flavoring. I'm not sure it just might be a ratio thing. Now if they would have messed up on the chai Frappuccino or the London Fog that I ordered, that would have been grounds for a one star. But come on, who doesn't know how to make one of those. The staff was nice so that's why I'm giving them a three.

I’m always looking to go local and rarely regret my decision. I asked for a 12 oz caramel macchiato which on the menu was ~$5. I was charged over $7. I decided to let it slide but when I tasted my lil’ drink, I had to return. It had no flavor just steamed milk. They gave me a larger size since I had technically paid for it. Same thing. It just tasted like hot milk. I really don’t like Starbucks so please work on this. I’m willing to give it another go. Place is cute. Other food like good.
