Ordered my Cobb salad with spicy grilled chicken mind you I order this every time I come to Chick-fil-A. First, they gave me the wrong chicken then they bring out the wrong salad completely. Not even mad. I literally just want my food and the manager comes out rudely with a menu like I don’t know what I want and I’ve inconvenienced them because they can’t get my salad right. Very unprofessional manager. Heavy set Hispanic man I didn’t get his name tag. Not even an apology. I thought Chick-fil-A was better than this.

I have frequented this location multiple times, and unfortunately, my experiences have consistently been disappointing. On my most recent visit, my to-go order was not ready upon arrival, resulting in an initial delay. When the order was finally provided, it was incorrect. Attempts to seek assistance from staff to rectify the issue were met with indifference, compelling me to use the drive-through and endure an additional wait in line. Even after clearly communicating the missing items at the window—where the store director was present—the order was still incorrect. It is disheartening to encounter repeated errors and a lack of effective customer service at this establishment. Improvements in both order accuracy and responsiveness are urgently needed. I will not returning.

Since the lane changes occurred it takes forever to use the drive thru and the customer service has gone downhill. I used to eat here a lot now at most I eat here once a month and every time it's just miserable.

Went thru drive thru ordered two meals and an extra sandwich and 12 piece nuggets get home 16 miles away got two sandwiches not three and asked for sweet and sour sauce for nasty sweet and spicy so thanks for charging me for all I ordered and not providing it no wonder you make so much money my company will never use you for a catering event again I promise simply unacceptable
