Ordered chicken strip meal for the kids, spicy chicken sandwich, and spicy primento chicken. All of them tasted really good, and kids loved their food.
Service was really good and quick even though they were super busy. The only thing I hope is that they change to keep the soda machine outside so that customers don't ask the staff for a refill every single time. The staff is extremely busy to entertain refills on top of the usual rush hr traffic.

We were passing through town and stopped at the chick fil a drive through. I am traveling with my elderly mom and she got a little flustered ordering, so I asked her a question in the car to clarify her order and the associate over the speaker snapped at us as if I was asking the associate the question. There were no cones blocking the second lane to order, but there was a cone almost as soon as you pull around the curb, it was not visible when ordering and too tight of a turn/distance to merge to the other . We moved the cone and the associate walked us our order, without speaking or greeting us, just glaring at us and the only thing she said while delivering the order was “next time don’t move the cone, it was there for a reason” and walked off. If the lane was closed, that should have been visible before ordering. Overall the entire interaction was bad, incredibly off putting for a chick fil an experience and usual chick fil a customer service.

This was my first time eating at a Chic FIL A and I was excited due to a new sandwich I kept seeing on TV. The staff was friendly and efficient. Now.. the down side.. I barely get to my table to sit down and my food was already being delivered.. now I KNOW there's no way it was fresh. The sandwich was BARELY luke warm.. same with the very dry Mac and cheese side.. needless to say I was extremely disappointed in my meal.. the best part was the banana pudding milkshake I left with and drank on my way home. I'll likely never return as I prefer food HOT and FRESH

The two girls working the drive thru were slow as molasses and looked like they hated their job. No smiles no hello nothing. Joy taking my order was exceptional!! Wish they had more like her!! The food was great! Glad they aren't in the kitchen!!
