Chicken express used to be my daughter's favorite but lately the portland location has been terrible. The food is not fresh, items missing, order not accurate, and the chicken is tiny. 2 legs used to fill her up but now the legs look like wing drumettes instead of actual legs. Thats a leg in my 9 year old's hand! A 2 piece meal with those 2 tiny legs was around $12. Ridiculous.

Was the most horrible dried out mashed potatoes I have ever tried to eat hush puppies were not fully cooked, French fries tasted like super old grease not worth the 42 bucks spent for two people what a waste of time and money to eat at this place

Foods good, but PLEASE SMILE, have a 'POSITIVE ATTITUDE,' nobody wants to go eat at a restaurant where the employees look and talk to customers MAD OR UNHAPPY. I know times are hard but your customers shouldn't have to deal with being greeted unpleasantly.
We asked for 8 pieces of chicken We got a lot of Tenders Gravy and Fry's asked for rolls not biscuits got 1 roll 5 biscuits no receipt but what was on fry box down in bag Payed Alot more than Expected and biscuits like hockey pucks and if you wonder why we couldn't look we just came from the Vet and a cat carrier on my lap went thru drive thrust642 pm

Too bad they don't open at 10:30 as posted. Door usually stays lock until the feel like opening it.

We went Sunday night and got the 12pc family meal. The chicken was soaked in grease and soggy. The fries were stale and you could tell they had been left out for a while. When I called them the manager said she had to talk to the owner. They called back and said we ordered through door dash and already initiated a refund. We never ordered through door dash and never got a refund.

Ordered a 7 piece tender mix through door dash...received only 3 spicy...the store would not correct the order even though the driver had returned to the store...it seemed like an easy solution they were unwilling to fix...they have lost a customer

I ordered okra and regular tenders they gave me a bunch of tenders which is nice but they are spicy tenders and unfortunately spicy food gives me the runs 😭 it was pricey too so it would’ve been better to just get what I ordered
