Kim was awesome greeting us with a wonderful smile and was happy to cater to us . she put the S in satisfaction and made sure me and my kids were good the whole night definitely request hur your next visit and I'm sure you'll leave with a smile as big as hurs no doubt

I’m so upset because I was having a bad night already and I wanted to settle down and stop by for some chilis . When I showed up the store was closed already and locked up . It was 10 still . It’s my understanding it closes at 10:30. Quite unacceptable especially because I did see some chilis staff standing outside smoking what looked like cigarettes completely ignored my presence . Will never be dining at this place again! Also fix store hours so customers don’t get confused so UNPROFESSIONAL

Highly recommend Chilli's great food and service with friendly staff always willing to help and advise if you are not sure.

We stopped here after a long drive from DFW to have dinner and celebrate my son's birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. They seated us right away, which was a pleasant surprise after a long day on the road. The atmosphere was upbeat, and the restaurant was clean and inviting.

Our server, Ashley, was outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. She kept our drinks full the entire time and checked in frequently to ensure we had everything we needed. What really made this visit special was how the team helped celebrate my son’s birthday. They brought out a dessert and sang to him, making him feel truly special. You could tell the staff genuinely cared about creating a great experience for their guests.

The food came out hot and fresh, and everything tasted great. It was honestly one of the best visits we’ve had at any Chili’s location. This visit completely exceeded our expectations. Thank you to Ashley and the entire team for making my son’s birthday dinner so memorable!

We picked up dinner to go while we were in Portland. I ALWAYS get the 10 oz sirloin medium rare and have always enjoyed it, however, tonight I got a piece of meat the thickness of a pancake and the taste of leather… tough, dry, NO flavor. I called the restaurant and all I got was an I’m sorry. I can’t even believe ANY cook served THIS to a human to eat. I’m not even sure if my dog would eat this.

good food and drink

The food is always decent. I've only had an issue a couple of times getting the wrong sides with my meal or even completely leaving a side off the plate. Service is usually great. I would recommend eating at the Portland, TX, location.
