This place totally frustrated me. So I went here a couple days ago and I ended up getting sick by it but this isn’t even my main issue. I get there today to give it another try and when I get up in line they said “we don’t have chicken barbacoa or steak right now” so I’m thinking what the heck DO you have??! So I asked how long will it take and they said 10 minutes. 15 went by and I go to get a burrito and the server completely rationed the dang portions and made me a little ahh taco looking burrito. Like dude seriously I wait all this time just to give me wack portions? Does it come out of your paycheck bud? I just can’t. Totally ruined my already frustrating night. PUT LARGER PORTIONS?!? Stop being so shy!

They're always out of one thing or another. I'm a vegetarian, so I've very limited options, plus these guys make it even worse, by not having ingredients available almost all the time. One of the Worst Chipotle ever. I pity you.

Pretty much checks all the complaints boxes from every other review. Dirty restaurant, very slow service, not the freshest food. They did not bother to tell me they were out of cheese at all until after I got the food, the rice was very hard and crunchy either crazy stale or bottom of pan scraped dregs. They told me they were out of white rice when they weren't it was just lazyness. Gave and charged for extra barbacoa when it wasn't requested, employees generally not engaging with you. One of the worst trips to chipotle I've had, at least the soda was stocked since they're usually all out of syrup.

My wife and I went there last night for food around 9pm took them awhile to greet us and we had to wait about 5-8 minutes for the chicken to be done for the Bowles After the chicken was “Cook” we proceeded and they didn’t have any lettuce, cheese, cook pepper and onions. We got home and ate food and instantly stomach turned after few bites. Will no be going back there again

The girl serving us had an attitude and the other worker who was checking the temperature of the foods on display was taking the temperature and not wiping the thermometer after each dip. I'm taking culinary arts and this is one of the first things we learned to do in my safety and sanitation class. I didn't get sick afterwards tho so I'm not complaining, just making whoever is in charge of this aware of what happened. We chose this location bc the one in Corpus Christi is always packed. I wanted the asada but there was barely any and it looked very dry. We would go back to this location again tho, just because of how fast service was. I forgot to take pictures of the food but it was realllyyy good. The barbacoa. Oh yea the red chimichurri sauce was amazing !!

My original review was not good but after the past few deliveries, I HAD to change it! I don't know what changed but my last 4 deliveries have been AMAZING! My bowls and kids meals were PACKED! It's like someone at the store loves us! THANK YALL SO MUCH! Team Chipotle Portland Texas! 🥳🥳❤️❤️
For a new restaurant it was filthy.. food was all rice and beans for $15 for a bowl not worth it. Won't be back.

I just had the worst experience that will cause me to not return. My husband and I went in to get two bowls. We ordered and everything was from the bottom of the pan. Literal scraps. The avacado looked as if it was there for hours and also again literally scraping it off the side walls to try and get some. Did not offer us to make anything and wait for it they just gave us literal scraps from the bottom of the pan. Ruined my whole meal. Turned and went to canes instead.
