Took the family to get blizzards. Two different blizzards were out of stock. Tried to use similar ingredients to make one close to what we wanted, girl on the headset said that couldn’t be done. Settled on other options and moved on. Waited on the single vehicle in front of us for almost 10 minutes. Our blizzards had obviously been made right away and then waited by the window until it was our turn because they were already melting by the time we got them. One of the blizzards ordered was a premium option with filling. When we got to the park to eat them, no filling was in the blizzard. Wife’s blizzard barely had any toppings, basically just vanilla ice cream. This wasn’t our first bad experience with the Dairy Queen but it will be our last. Too many other good options around in better locations to waste time or money here again.

Yes I’m going to take the time to leave a review I’m tired of the little teenagers that run our home town DQ in the afternoons they can be so rude and unprofessional this poor place needs directing and new management in the PM I understand adults want the night off but train the employees correctly before leaving teenagers unattended

Alway good when we go here Just went today again and it was hot and fresh delicious 😋
The staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was wonderful the the train set up in the ceiling that was so awesome. Plenty of seating not too close together just far enough so you can feel comfortable. We had to the big buster hamburger cheeseburger it was like the best hamburger meat that we've had in forever. It was a perfect size to cheese to bun ratio perfect amount of veggies on top it was just by far I just could not stop eating it and thank you very much dairy Queen for making our day.
They charged me $.75 for a small cup of water. I didn't want a soft drink to go with my Dude. 75 cents for a small cup of water. REALLY!

Normally we love coming here but we decided to do curbside today. Order said would be ready by 4:31 I waited over 20 minutes in the curbside parking and had to go in. I watched several workers pass our food up. There was not a line was not busy and everybody was just standing around. I would like my refund as this was not acceptable
UPDATE 10/31/24: this establishment gave my one year old food poisoning. I would avoid and go to the aransas pass location

The food was fresh and the ice cream hit the spot.
I ordered a hamburger with only pickles and ketchup. It was left to sit under a heat lamp for 15 minutes. I asked it to be recooked and this is what I was given. A bun completely soaked in oil, 2 handfuls of pickles and an ocean of ketchup. This is unacceptable. This isn't fit for my dog, let alone a child with Autism. Dog better.
