Last 4 delivery orders have been messed up along with very skimpy on toppings. Icing on cake when the driver makes 2 trips to your house and still dosnt bring the right quantity of sauces.

Never order at this pizzeria, they prove that you don't know how to speak English and order at several walnut pizzerias and they do the impossible for your order to arrive at your house. My advice is better to order in walnuts.

We asked for extra crispy buffalo wings with extra buffalo sauce on the side and we received our wings not only not crispy but barely cooked. We didn’t get any sauce hardly on the wings and we didn’t get ANY on the side at all. Within five minutes of delivery we called about the wings and were left on hold with no warning of being put on hold via the mangers instruction to his employee. When the manager finally got to the phone he said he would remake them but he wanted the original poorly made wings back so they could see what’s wrong. Not to mention we are currently cutting our own pizzas because they didn’t take the time to cut them properly prior to delivering them to us.

I don’t know who works here or who manages the Portland establishment, but my goodness, we order from here on a weekly basis and are always happy! Our orders always arrive in a timely manner, and the preparation is ON POINT! The pizza is always warm (closer to hot) and it’s obvious it’s made accordingly to instruction to make an appealing presentation and even better meal to enjoy. We normally do delivery; from time to time we do pick up. It’s not faltered either way.
Honestly we’ve never had an issue with this Domino’s. We ordered around 8:10pm and got our order till 11:30pm. We called the store and whoever answered was irrelevant/out of character and didn’t sympathy about the situation. He just said that he was the only one in store and couldn’t do anything about it. We called them twice and they would only tell us lies. The food got to us cold and not even tasty. I could understand if he would have spoke to us in a more courteous way but his responses to the whole situation was just plain wack! Extremely disappointed.
The complaint I have is that I ordered 2 orders of 16 piece parmesan bits and they were in one box...most of them were small.... I had a reason why I ordered 2 boxes so next time don't place them in 1 box... Don't adjust my order unless you're paying for it!!!!
