I love firehouse sub! So does my family! I called before they opened to see if I could place a Togo order to be ready at 1030(the time they open) and they made it Happen! My 9 year old loves them, and her lunch time is at 1040! firehouse made that happen for her school lunch!

I won't return 2 that other place (subway) anymore cause of this place. the sandwiches are on point and the selection is awesome. I like that they have specialty sandwiches each mth. service is good. sometimes the drive-thru bell doesn't alert them but otherwise all the employees are super nice.

I must say I was excited to come here today for lunch. I ordered a customized veggie sub. No where did I mention I wanted mushrooms on it. My order was taken correctly but when I took the matter to Heather she stated she makes it the way it comes. Huh? What's the ticket for then? I doubled checked my receipt before I brought it to her attention. She said she would remake it. I declined.Thanks anyway
