If I could give my favorite place to eat a 10 I would do so without hesitation. The food is always fresh, delicious and healthy. When I get a cold or flu, my first thought is to order the Pho Ga soup which is like a miracle cure! We usually get our food to go and the food is always hot and the order is correct. When I have eaten at the restaurant, the experience is spectacular and food is even better. My brother who now lives in Mexico always makes Hudat a place he eats when he visits us. I’ve known Nga the owner even before she opened the restaurant so I know her ethics and values. She truly cares about her customer, employees. And all the food she puts out. If you want great food try my Hudat in Portland TX!
