Ordered online tonight asked for no cheese and fir burgers to be well done. We got cheese and raw hamburgers. We tried to call and get order fixed but no one answered the phone. We attempted several calls. The restaurant was basically empty so why are the phones not being answered? I had to call a corpus christi location and phone was answered quickly and young man very polite

IHOP you never cease to amaze me with how bad your store is. This is the third time you have been absolutely sorry. It took me a few minutes to write this because I hade to make this PG. First two times in person. And now Door Dash. Both orders wrong and I’m just curious how thoughtless can you be to put no syrup in an order with a waffle. I know you will never read this and continue to be horrible at everything you do, but I want people to know before going to your location or ordering for delivery how bad you are and how disappointing you truly are.

We walked in we were told to wait . Then for someone to walk up to us later and say seat yourself and our menu would be brought to us . Later someone came to our table with menus . Took our drink order. We ordered our food . My hot chocolate was not hot . I ordered blueberry pancakes and scrambled eggs with hash browns . I brought the eggs and hash browns but no pancakes . They forgot to put that order in . On my husbands order they forgot the ham . To top it off , I go to pull out my fork that was wrapped nicely in a napkin but was full of what looked like syrup . That was just disgusting

Service was horrible slow 4 tables occupied still took 40 mins to start getting our food then another 15 mins to receive all orders. Served hot tea in a tea only craft which they use for coffee When asked she said we don’t pay attention to that we use all of the for coffee. The replacement server told the wait staff that took the disgust tea away don’t worry about it it’s the guy we had to wash it for completely rude and disrespectful during the entire time we were in the dump.

ordered some pancakes and hash browns with omelette . were vegetarian and could taste the bacon grease in the hashbrowns . definitely cook the hashbrowns next to bacon or in the same place . also had small portions, won’t eat here again .

It's always empty when I go, but the floors and tables are nasty. Waiter tried to sit me at a table with large chunks of food in the seats. Tried to move me again and that seat was covered in food as well. Then when our food finally got to us it was already cold. I will not be going back for a third time. They also leave old coffee and used silverware on table.

Service is absolute crap. Writing this in the booth as we speak. We got here at around 9:50, our waitress sat in the corner the entire time with her friends which were throwing food and what looked like balled up straws? Whenever she took our order she acted like we were the gum under her shoe. Tossed our plates onto the table, didnt check on us once. We could hear her complaining about another tables tip from the kitchen, and complaining to her friends on the other side of the restaurant. Ive been working in the service industry since I was 13, this is absolutely ridiculous. Hope she gets a job shes better at.

Terrible service. Came in sat down and was greeted. Only one other customer in the restaurant at this time. Waitress asked what I wanted to drink. I said tea. She brought the tea and asked if I needed a few minutes which I said yes. About 15- 20 minutes later I finally walked out. These kids are too busy flirting with each other to do their job. 5 employees walked by or around me and no service.
