Got nothing i ordered, you've got a bunch of dead heads working the portland texas location. Apparently dont listen or the cooks just do what ever. Never use this one here in my hometown. Just suxs been waiting on the jack in the box to get built and you hire who ever.

Don't waste your time.You will wait forever for sub-par food and horrible service. Will not return to this location a 3rd time. First time i got tacos fried in old grease that were lukewarm and tasted as if they were left over from lunch. Tonight i ordered Jumbo Jacks with Cheese and they have nothing on them but meat and cheese on the wrong type of bun. No Sauce, No veggies and patty was treated like it was a smash burger which i hate. Worst Jack experience ever from a store that's only been open a few months. No excuses all fault lies on the employees cause Jack In The Box makes great food usually

On October 28, 2025 we went through the drive-thru (they locked the inside for some reason) and waited an entire HOUR in line. Since we were in a car and unable to hop the curb to get out of line, it was terrible. Once we got to the window, our order still WAS NOT ready. They asked us to park in a spot and our food would be brought out to us. After 15 minutes we went to the side window and they ignored us. WE ENDED UP LEAVING WITHOUT OUR FOOD after waiting almost 1.5 hours.
Jack in the Box does not have a corporate number to call and make a report and the app isn’t updated to include this location for a complaint either.

I’ve travelled all over the country for work and this is the best Jack in the box ever. The food is always fresh. Reminds me of jack in the box from back in the day. Wish all locations were still like this
The service at this location is lacking professionalism. The employees are more concerned with their friends hanging out in the dining area. So much so that the cashier girl gave my food that I paid for to their thug friend that was hanging around. I had to go up and ask about my order after 15 mins of waiting to find out she gave my food to her friend and intended on me paying for it and me not eating. A terrible experience I had there. They have no respect for the customer or being professional.

Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered from the app for a door dash order. My order was placed at 12:07 and canceled somewhere around 1:30 because the dasher waited & waited & waited & got nothing.
If you do not know how to prioritize door dash/to go orders, kindly step down as management and bring in someone who does, you should be embarrassed that you cannot do something so simple.

Passed through on a road trip and several of my items were missing. Asked for ketchup and taco sauce, I got about 30 taco sauces no ketchups. Tried calling several times for a refund and they kept declining my call.

I went to jack in the box in Portland for the first time today and it was horrible all my food was cold and flavorless I tried calling to see if I can go back and get the stuff fixed but they never answered the phone I do not recommend going over there

This place is the slowest every time. Today we waited 18 minutes with no other vehicles in drive through. Then we got the order got.home and was not only missing fries but so charged extra for it when it was a combo.
We have called for 20 minutes straight and no answer. I do not recommend eating here.
