30 minute wait for fish. Hell naw! Go for the fish just to get turned away. Drove out of the way to get to the place. I don't see very many LJS any more. Use to live in bryan & ate at that one all the time. I can see a 10 minute wait for hot fish. But I had drove already 3 1/2 hours then another 15 miles to get to it then 15 miles back to where I was going to start with, &:with no fish or crunchies to eat !! Put me in a bad mood.

I stated why is it so dirty in here she stated Sir you don't have to come here if you don't want to. I was like WOW. The customer service.. Don't eat here unless you want to get sick..

I was in the Portland store with family during powerful hail storm on November 1st 2025. The staff was awesome. They seemed prepared for a disaster. Two front doors were shattered and employees moved us further into store. Even after the storm, they escorted us out a side door to avoid broken glass. They continued to be deeply concerned about our damaged vehicle and our safety. As a first responder, I was impressed.

Walked into the most greasy floor ever. Shoes are still sticky hours later. The food felt like I was back in high school—chicken tasted undercooked, the fries were bearable. I put the whole mac and cheese and biscuit down the hatch—only W thing on the menu. Lesson learned: just go to Cane’s down the street.

So, bought a 3 piece fish dinner and the fish was Greasy and either double fried because it was sitting around or the Grease was Old , same for the hush puppies. Tall Blonde lady not happy I ask for New and She walked away Rudely, leaving food on counter. Anyway, here's a picture of the same Burnt , dry Fish they Re-made, lol. Looked just the Same.
