This place is trash. Ordered online thru my app and had it delivered thru doordash and KFC missed some of my order. Tried to call both places but no answer. Drove back up there after paying a delivery to get cold food.

I ordered on the app. Got the free bucket of chicken offer with a $15.00 dollar purchase. I waited for 45 minutes. I did not complain. Cars that were waiting in the drive through, the people came into the restaurant. They still had to wait. I noticed everyone was getting the free bucket of chicken. Other than that the food was nice and fresh. I gave the bucket away. Workers were friendly. And they were trying thier best. Plus the weather was super hot. So everyone was heated. I would get rid of the Long John Silvers half of the restaurant and make it a full blown KFC. Start selling chicken for Christmas like KFC 🇯🇵. Now that would double profits. Bruhh this place is trashhhh! Shorted me my extra chicken bites after I asked to ensure they were in there and she lied and said yes they are. Told her I was short she said there's supposed to be 8 plus 3 extra I said there's 7. She gave me 2 so was still short one. Also ordered ljs 2 chicken planks. It was rubbery and tasted super old! Tasted like it was fried in old grease too! Absolutely disgusting.. not to mention i had to wait 30 minutes for my food and she had attitude when I asked for ketchup. Place is horrible. Never again. Glad I was just passing through and live in cc

90+ degrees and the AC down....this is horrible for customers, can't imaging how worse it is for workers having to deal with additional heat from the fryers and ovens. Should close the place until ac is back on.

The Long John Silvers fish combo was horrible. Not very many French fries and they were cold. The hush puppies had no substance. They were just balls of crunchy grease. The fish were small and the coating was rubbery to hard and tasted like old grease. Definitely the worst meal I've had at Long John's
Food is inconsistent... Over cooked foods on top ne visit and then under-cooked the next visit. Team is friendly, professional, will work with you.

I'm disappointed when I ask for Japanese kenta, but I'm still happy to be able to get delicious chicken for $5 in America. Japanese Kenta chicken has a soft batter and is delicious with a secret recipe, but the chicken batter here is crunchy, but the spices are not so good, making it a bit bland. I ordered rhinoceros, drum, potatoes and biscuits. Rhino: Juicy and delicious. It's greasy. Drums: Small, but generally good. Potato: Very salty Biscuit: Too salty to eat.
