The website and a misunderstanding presented an issue with our order. We spoke with the manager; she was fantastic! We worked together and I was out the door with everything perfect in just a few minutes. No complaints, only respect for how well this was handled.

When using larger bills make sure to count your change before you leave. The excuse I got was the cashier wasn’t the usual person cashing out and that they were “so busy” that they over charged my son by $5 possibly more depending on what hot and ready we got. No receipt, and they didn’t even ask (so We don’t even know what they gave us) it’s gonna cost me five dollars in gas just to go and get my cash shorted. Smh! So unprofessional of the manager for even making excuses. Why are they even working on the register If they can’t handle simple math? I mean come on the register does the work for you !!! Honestly I feel like they saw a chance and took it. We went in with a $100 which I guess was too much so my 15 yr old asked how much we had to spend to break it. He added another hot and ready wasn’t asked which one only said pepperoni ( didn't know there were options on pepperoni )and got a 2 lt got back $71 smh! Update: I went to get my money shorted and they STILL shorted me! Also just to prove they weren’t listening, the name on the envelope was not my name. I don’t know how they heard Jessica out of Jennifer.

They gave my food to someone else and then refused to refund my money

Order the traditional pepperoni pizza. It was supposed to come with a hundred pepperoni, I got about half of that. And on top of that, I ordered a two liter drink and it didn't get delivered with the Pizza.🤦
