Never really had an issue with this store up until yesterday walked in for a hot and ready and was looked at multiple times by two different employees, but repeatedly ignored, beings they appear to be busy although there was nobody in the store. I do understand online orders I went ahead and grab my sauce, which are on the front counter along with my drink to wait so somebody could take my order. instead of being greeted. I was walked up to and told that I’m not supposed to be grabbing the sauces and that they usually do it for me. After I was informed, they then asked me to take my order as soon as I try to make my order I was instantly cut off once again and told that they wouldn’t have anything ready for another 15 to 20 minutes. I’m not sure why I couldn’t have been made aware of that as soon as I walked in and patiently waited all this time however after being cut off three different times while trying to place this order, I put my sauces back on the counter along with my drink and walked out. I realize customer service has gone to shit since Covid but damn.

I ordered a thin and crispy Hot and Ready.
My fault for not checking it before I left. I got home in Aransas pass, and opened the box and it was a thick crust.
I called back,and was willing to go back for the pizza I ordered. I called the Portland store 3times, and the phone was never picked up.

We love this location! Phenomenal! ?
I love that they don't skimp on toppings, and for the 1st time, the pizza we order is what the pics look like.
I don't feel like I'm being ripped off, and they constantly have coupons (love me some coupons ?).
It's a busy location, so at times, I can tell it gets tense in the establishment with the overwhelming amount of people.
But the staff stays calm and stays putting out food despite confrontational people.

It's 2024 people need to be patient.

Thank everyone who works at this location. My family appreciates it more than you know❤️ It's feels nice getting what you pay for and can always count on it being done right.

They serve well and above all they have Spanish and English speaking staff and I think it is very good so both Latins and Americans can have a good experience and the food is pretty fast.

2nd time I've gone here, 2nd time I've walked out. This time I was in there close to 15 minutes watching people come and go and I never got helped for the 2nd time. Wasn't even a busy time of day.
