We got there and there was nobody up front we tell a couple of times took about 5 mins then we ordered didn't get what we asked for will never go back

We went in to Order .. No Tarter sauce , No Unsweet Tea..and NO long John silver plates it went in a Chicken box (( no crunchies
The parking lot and entrance is filthy .. the inside is filthy .. we love LJS and KFC but will not return to this one !!!

This one needs some management and CLEANUP!!!

Ordered a 2 pc fish meal which comes with the 2 fish, 2 sides and 2 hush puppies. Received 2 pc combo with a biscuit instead of hush puppies, and was charged for Cole slaw since I was charged for combo instead of a meal. Went back around through drive thru window and nicely informed girl at window that my hush puppies were missing and that there was a biscuit in my order that I never asked for. She answered rudely that they were out of hush puppies. I then asked for tartar sauce and lemon juice packets. She handed tartar sauce and again rudely said they were out of lemon juice packets and slammed window shut in my face and walked off. Besides being Rude , she could have informed me to let me know if the hard biscuit was okay to substitute for the hush puppies. I would have substituted for anything else besides that biscuit. This was Very bad customer service with no intention to fix issue. What was to be a $10 and change meal, became $14 and didn’t even have what comes in a combo that I was charged for. Better people skills and customer service training needed at this location.

Being short staffed did not prevent the sales employees from providing a pleasant experience in ordering my meal. Kudos to them for their pleasant attitude.

Felt bad since it was my choice to eat here with my family. Chicken seemed like it was old and reheated, fry portion was small. Last time we came there were no lids this time no straws. Floors were sticky, bathroom smelled like it had not been cleaned for the day. Cashier was friendly so that was the one star.

Upside: Two of my favorite food places in one! Food tasted good.
Downside: Inside dining area not clean, actually quite messy. Floor super sticky, make sure your shoes are on tight. Workers inattentive, couple ahead of me walked out. Order was wrong so I started to mention it and server just walked away.
Comments: fast food workers are often under paid, over worked and under appreciated, so I hate to leave a negative review. However, this is my third visit and would rate it the same. I believe it is due to being understaffed. The owner should sell it or take an active interest. Probably won't go back for awhile and would not recommend at this time.

The food was ok but the service was aweful. The dining room was not clean and in some of the booths the wall is separating. Dirty tables. They were handing out orders in the wrong order they came in. Two people who ordered before us waited almost 45 min to get their food. They had no soda and the manager doesn’t seem to have people skills. The cashier was doing the best she could but was getting frustrated at the disorganization of the back.

We had a horrible experience the whole way around, the food , customer service 👎 and the dine in areas was dirty. It wasn't that busy to be that not be able to give us Great service. So sad I use to love Long John's 😭

So I order a 3 piece fish no drink but after looking at receipt it comes with drink I didn't get one he didn't give me a cup so ok 10 to 15 french fries but I guess what do I expect meal total is $11.90 so I guess maybe that's why

We got there at 8:15 pm and they were out of almost everything food and drinks. The staff was very unfriendly they didn’t pay any attention to anything very disappointing because we like LJS
