Been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. Unfortunately, tonight was a little different. As me and my daughter walked in of course we noticed there was a line which no big deal. We don’t mind waiting, but while waiting I noticed one of the workers had an attitude towards a customer that asked her a question. She said noooo, & got wide eyed… when it came to my order (a specialty ice cream) She looked at me like I was stupid, Then looked up the ingredients on the sign on the wall. While cleaning and making the ice cream she threw her spoon very loudly into the container. Her whole demeanor was negative. I get it Customer Service & working with the public isn’t for everyone BUT it’s called emotional intelligence. You leave your attitude and ego at the front door and if you can’t do that, find yourself an office job! The whole interaction made me uncomfortable. Ice cream was great though!

It's expensive and they don't fill the cups when you buy a shake. My cup was about an inch low and I asked for them to fill it up and the worker got mad.
I told her they were cheating me on the amount. If I'm paying $9 for a regular shake, then I should get it full to the top the way the picture shows.

I have been coming to this store for many years and the owners have always been so nice and pleasurable to work with and anytime I come in there and she is there she always tells me hi and ask how I’ve been doing and I appreciate that. When I come in and see Emma, Jeneva, and Hannah working it makes me happy. Because they are such a pleasure to work with and they strive to always make sure they get my order correct and they do it with a smile. Emma is by far the best shift lead this store has had. She is friendly, always has a smile on her face and a hard worker. She will be sorely missed when she moves on to her next career.

Christian was so sweet and professional, despite working with a very rude and degrading team lead, Emma. I got to the register and asked Emma if Christian was new and with a snarky smile she rolled her eyes and said yes. I advised her she should try being nice to her, as everyone (line to the door) noticed her condescending attitude. So sad to see our youth treating each other this way. Christian, quit your job! This place is known for bullying their employees.

Came on a very busy night and Christian was so helpful and fast with my order, she gave great service with a smile the whole time!
We arrived at 3 when they opened Saturday. I believe the girls name was geneva? She was nice and friendly and welcoming as she was setting the chairs out. She assisted us for the ice cream as well. Her coworker seemed friendly too to the people infront of us. Not all the ice cream was set out yet but they informed us it is available. Location was clean.

Shocking service. Ordered off Uber eats and it took over one hour and a half and the women in charge basically said once the driver picks it up it’s out of her hands. Will never be going to this place again! Stay away from them if your wanting food in a reasonable time.
