They only have one decent person that works there. The rest are smart ass jerks! Ordered our breakfast online. Got my son loaded up and got to the window for the lady to bark at me that it’s after 11 (11:05) and they’re not going to give us our food that they had no problem charging me for! Of course call corporate and no answer! They don’t care about their customers only their pocketbook!

I really don’t like McDonald’s but this time I didn’t want to go to two different places so I decided to order nuggets for the both of us. Asked for two different sauces and only received two of one kind. Ugh!! Not to mention the cold chewy fries. Live and learn never to get McDonald’s again

Was waiting in line for 5 min trying to place an order while cars in other lane are coming and going. Finally, they took my order. As soon as I pulled to 2nd window, my burgers were ready. Still had to wait 5 more min for my Frappuccino, though. The food was cold, and the fries were.

Horrible service, long wait, saw multiple people come back from the drive thru due to their orders being wrong. Waited over 30 minutes for 2 ice coffees and happy meal. Also ice machine is out. This place need serious help.
Not only do they make you wait in drive thru speaker for 10 minutes. They take the order of 2 other cars before us. So we decided to go to window to order and they didn’t like that. So they take the order and have us pull forward. Some explain how they take 4 cars orders and give them their food, but i still waited 15 minutes for only 4 snack wraps.

I will NEVER go to this location again! I placed an order online for pickup. They proceeded to tell me that they never received the order and that I would have to place the order again even though they had already taken the money from my account. I asked to speak with the manager and was blatantly ignored for over 5 minutes. When she finally came over she was rude and had a horrible attitude and told me there was nothing she could do about it and I would have to call corporate when they open on Monday. After asking for her supervisors number she got even more rude and then called the franchise owner and walked away from me. Came back and said there was nothing that could be done. So now I am out that money and have no food either until I can call corporate on Monday. I will never go back or tell anyone else to go there. Horrible service!
