This is By Far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been too, Employees are rude to customers. Instead of giving the customer the correct order, they claim they are out of it.

Food was ok, but they forgot my friend’s onion on their burger, fries soggy. Tables are dirty might as well leave us the da^n rag to wipe it ourselves. We saw a doordasher wait for like 10-15 just for them to kick him out and tell him the DoorDash was supposed to be turned off, they probably lost money and waited in dining room and no one helped them. Me and my friend also ate in dining room and a trainer or manager told us to wrap it up and it was only 10:15.

The food from here is really good, and is my most favorite McDonald's location. A lot better than Aransas pass McDonald's location, without any missing food and less long waiting time.

Not the best McDonalds that I have been to, but definitely not the worst. It's way better than the Aransas Pass location. If they spent the time to properly clean the kitchen and lobby, I would give a higher rating.

Slow service. Dirty store. This store in never open late at night. I have tried to get breakfast at 4am several times. Only to find out the store is closed. They claim they can't get people to work. Well either pay more or shut off the app. I have talked to the regional office and they say that the manager will call me. NEVER HAPPENS. I went in today so I could let my grand kids play. Food sat at the counter when the app said it would be brought out to our table. If I have to do your job by placing the order on an app. Then getting my own food then I want an employee discount. If you are a traveler there is a Whattaburger across the highway. Portland is getting several restaurants in the next few months. I hope corporate shuts this one down.

If I could give 0 stars for service I would. Nobody wears gloves when cooking the food. The burgers are just frozen hockey pucks. The oil is barely changed out. And the customer service is absolutely horrendous. I have no idea who the current operation partner but this is ridiculous. Corporate should really change who is running their facility.

No one was taking orders or came to the front at all. I ordered from the kiosk and just never got my food. We stuck around for 30 minutes and didn't hear an employee talk to anyone. I've never seen such disregard for customers. I ended up just leaving and I guess McDonalds just gets $15 for zero service and I have to deal with it. Worst customer service I've ever witnessed.
