We chose the hand to me option when ordering online but 20 minutes past the designated time we still hadn't gotten the pizza, so we checked the front door just in case and there it was. The driver didn't knock or ring the bell, nor did we receive a text update. When we called the manager at Papa John's he got mad at my husband and blamed us for the mishap. I've enjoyed pizza from here compared to dominos, but they need to shape up or I'll take my business elsewhere.

I went to pick up my carry out and when I got home with it the pizza was so soggy to the point where I couldn’t take a single bite of it without all topping and cheese falling off of it. Had to stop eating it because the texture of the sogginess almost made me vomit. Huge waste of 38 bucks.

Old GM was way better at his job than this new guy. Doesn't have Delivery Drivers and doesn't say anything until your order has been sitting for 10+ minutes. Also, you can't have a "big tip" because your order can't be picked up by door dash then.. what a joke..
When I worked here with the old GM we would have 2-4 delivery drivers at night every night and we would dish out orders reliably.
New GM sucks, don't order here, order from there neighbors Domino's, at least they know how to do there job.

Ordered last week and it took over an hour for my food to be delivered. I called the store and my order was done just sitting on the rack for an hour and a half waiting for a driver. Had my car not been in the shop I would have picked it up myself. I sent an email to papa John’s requesting a refund (that I did not receive) instead I was given a coupon for a free pizza. I ordered said free pizza last night and it was once again delivered through door dash and the delivery driver was the rudest person I have accepted a delivery from. Papa John’s has always been our family’s go to for pizza but after 2 bad experiences in a row, we will be switching.

Don’t order delivery!! They no longer have delivery drivers and only use door dash. If your order does not get delivered they will do nothing to fix it. You cannot get a replacement and they refuse to issue a refund. Also expect terrible customer service.
Door dash reportedly refunded my order to Papa Johns because the order was placed through the Papa John’s website and paid directly to Papa John’s. And Papa John’s is refusing to credit the amount of my order. So if you need delivery, try the door dash app so you can save the headache of dealing with this Papa John’s location!
The gentlemen was rude to an elderly gentlemen. The gentlemen asked if there was the deal and he rudely stated you have to order it online, the elderly gentlemen stated he will just go somewhere else. The rude gentlemen told him to get out.
