Papa John's is my favorite pizza, but after last order will never order from there again. They used door dash for their delivery because they had no drivers. Door dash shows up with pizza carrier standing on side in the back seat. Upon opening all5 pizzas were smashed to one side. None were any good.

I have always gone to this Papa Johns location for years. What a disappointment. Two weeks ago, I ordered the epic stuffed crust. Did not get that. Today, I ordered three different pizzas and they all had missing items and the meats were placed on the very top and burned. I had never had so dried out pizza like I did today. Unfortunately, I will not be going back.

As someone with a dairy allergy I always order my pizza with no cheese. This crew has always been great about making sure it comes out right and on the very rare occasion it doesnt they make it right without any issues.

I came here tonight ready to complain, but what happened completely changed my mind. My family's pizza arrived as a total mess—it looked like it had been dropped in the box. I always believe in having proof, so I took photos to document the issue. However, the employee at the Portland, Texas location who answered my call was a masterclass in customer service.
He was immediately responsive and offered an instant solution, trusting my word completely. He didn't even want me to send the pictures, which honestly surprised me. This is why I'm writing this review: not to encourage others to take advantage of this location, but to recognize outstanding service. In a time when good customer service seems to be a fading trend, this employee's attitude and professionalism stood out. He valued my business and the brand's reputation, showing what it truly means to make things right.
Thank you, Papa John's, for consistently delivering a great product. But more importantly, a huge thank you to the customer service representative who handled my call this evening. His swift and on-point response not only fixed a problem but also showed why your company makes its mark.

Hate to say this but this store is terrible. Did something change over the last year? First of all; they never answer the phone. I placed an order for a papa bowl that was supposed to have Alfredo. It apparently did have Alfredo but it was a disgusting liquid mess that just looked like beige water. Gross! After paying for delivery and leaving a 20% driver top; I ended up having to go to the store anyway because I thought it didn’t even have sauce. The employee explained to me; it has sauce; I told him that it didn’t look right to me and if he could remake it with regular sauce instead. He had to actually THINK about it and then gives me this fine I’ll do it attitude. Seriously? If I wanted that type of service then I’ll just stick with the hot and ready’s. At the end of the day he made it right but that was not a good experience. I don’t think I’ll be returning unless something changes at this location.

We chose the hand to me option when ordering online but 20 minutes past the designated time we still hadn't gotten the pizza, so we checked the front door just in case and there it was. The driver didn't knock or ring the bell, nor did we receive a text update. When we called the manager at Papa John's he got mad at my husband and blamed us for the mishap. I've enjoyed pizza from here compared to dominos, but they need to shape up or I'll take my business elsewhere.

I went to pick up my carry out and when I got home with it the pizza was so soggy to the point where I couldn’t take a single bite of it without all topping and cheese falling off of it. Had to stop eating it because the texture of the sogginess almost made me vomit. Huge waste of 38 bucks.

Old GM was way better at his job than this new guy. Doesn't have Delivery Drivers and doesn't say anything until your order has been sitting for 10+ minutes. Also, you can't have a "big tip" because your order can't be picked up by door dash then.. what a joke..
When I worked here with the old GM we would have 2-4 delivery drivers at night every night and we would dish out orders reliably.
New GM sucks, don't order here, order from there neighbors Domino's, at least they know how to do there job.
