Yesterday, I had a surprisingly uplifting experience with a DoorDash order from Pep's in Portland. While enjoying my meal, I encountered a metal piece that took me aback, but I quickly contacted DoorDash, and they promptly refunded my order and I notified the restaurant. Pep’s Mexican Steakhouse went above and beyond for my daughter’s 19th birthday! They were able to accommodate a last-minute reservation for around 35 people, and when we arrived the area was already cleared and prepared for us with staff on standby ready to assist. Been twice and both times the bartenders were super nice and conversational during lunch. Even when have to do all their prep still very present and engaging. Alligator Tacos were great. 10/10
