I don't recommend the pasta. Both our pasta selections came to the table cold. Yes, they took them back and reheated them. And they gave us a credit on the tab, but I am less than impressed. If you order pizza all is great. Not so much the pasta.

Asked politely for well done on both pizzas (you have to just to get one baked regular amount) and received both almost raw in the middle, underneath middle is wet with the crust/cheese at the edge barely showed it was baked. Pepperonis weird soft like lunch meat so undercooked. Happened too many times now baking it again at home to be edible. Just going back to Papa John’s from now on.

I came here Tuesday, August 5th around 3:30 pm for a $2 personal pan pizza. I had just come from physical therapy & I was in crutches. The lady working the register was SUPER NICE & helpful! She offered me a bag to carry my soda, she offered to carry my pizza box to my car for me - I told her thank you but i think I can carry it - & she came to hold the door open for me as I left. I really appreciate the kindness & the help as it's hard having to use crutches & try to do normal stuff. I also love the $2 personal pan pizza deals going on right now. I'll be back tomorrow. (:

Who Me?
When I arrived to dine in for late lunch there was no one in there but myself and a friend. It was genuinely the best experience I've received in a good while. The waitress did a phenomenal job (she also made our order)! She was very friendly and open to my friends suggestions to a very good combo meal. When our food arrived it was cooked to order. We complimented her for that. We also enjoyed the food. We told the manager about it as well. My friend and I left her a really good tip for the experience. All in all it was a great dining experience.

Every other Pizza Hut in the country will sell buffalo sauce b it this one stuck up manager no wonder you work at a Pizza Hut. You’re way too miserable to make money.
I ordered Carry out, the pizza was hot and fresh, people we're friendly and the atmosphere was alright. I use the app so I got a free melt and cheese breadsticks. Plus there was a deal for 3 large pizzas and wings.

We went in as a large group yesterday and the service was quick and wonderful. The woman (I unfortunately forgot her name) taking our order was extremely friendly and attentive. She checked in with us after we got our food and made sure we were still fine. We really appreciated her kind personality as we know large groups can be difficult. I’m sure we will visit again when we are back in town.

Decided on dine in here in portland having a pepperoni, hamburger pizzas, and wings. Ingelside and Aransas Pass had no dine in. Ingelside flat out said, No! When we asked if they had dine in. Aransas Pass no dine in due to construction inside which has been how long, 2 or 3 months, how much longer. Here in Portland dine in service not the same as it use to be anywhere since COVID.

I hate to be negative with a review but 4/4 orders placed from this location have had errors that I assumed at first came from potential miscommunication from customer to the kitchen within the online ordering process, I wrongly assumed that selecting “extra” the next time would in fact correct this the next three orders unfortunately did not produce the desired outcome as “extra” arrived less than “normal” every following time. On a positive note when I was lucky enough to have an order delivered from one of the store drivers the service was timely and thorough I especially love that Joey always brings cups, napkins, utensils, and plates every time as I can’t ever find where in ordering to ask for them. Doordash drivers are not close to this level of service and always seem to treat the delivery as an inconvenience even on a 20% tip
