They were very rude and barley gave me any fries so I asked for extra instead of making a big deal about it, they proceeded to get upset and just threw fries in the bag all over my meal.

Slowest place ive ever been, staff yelling at each other in the lobby that always smells like a urinal. Mac and cheese has the consistency of snot. You wait 30 minutes and they still give you old chicken

Walked in, place smells like a sewer. Online order, I was on time as the App said, waited 30 minutes more. Was argued with by the staff to prove my identity, even though I knew my order number and name. I eventually had to show my ID to prove who I am? Maybe I should have screenshot my confirmation, or maybe this place needs to get with it? I don't know. But I won't come back any time soon. This was 9 pm 3/15/25. Edit* food was undercooked and cold, missing a 3pc chicken tenders completely, no napkins or utensils, and no dipping sauces. Why????

I decided to take a chance and much like Vegas, the house won and I walked out the loser. The chicken tenders were heat-lamp dehydrated. The biscuit was dry and the mac'n cheese was far from desirable.

On top of that, sadly I was up charged for the mac'n cheese and also up charged for a larger drink which I did not request.

Maybe I chose the wrong time of day (4 pm) and got the far-from-fresh lunch leftovers but as commonly stated, fool me once, shame on you.

I shan't be fooled again.

Worst service ever and today 2/20/25 waited for about 15mins on the drive thru and the car in front never got attended so I left the scene 😂

Foods isn’t ready so you’ll wait 30+mins and when you get your order it won’t be complete so you’ll have to wait again because they have to make what they forgot. :)

Just expect an hour per meal. Doesn't matter if it's peak hours or not. Get a two piece with a side? At least an hour. Family meal? 2 hours. They don't care about customer service or speed. Management doesn't enforce anything. So don't come on your lunch break or you'll be late and hungry. Don't come for dinner unless you show up at noon. It takes them at least 45 minutes to even care that you're there.

2x we have ordered through the app for pick up. The first time it took them an HOUR for our food, the second time it took them 45min for our food. Both times something was forgotten and we had to remind them. I'm not sure how this place has any business.

Went to drive-thru on Monday, 01.22.2025, around 5:50 pm. The car in front of me was sitting at the drive-thru speaker for 15 minutes before he was helped & then was able to move forward. When I drove up to the speaker, I was greeted & asked to please hold. I said okay. I waited 10 minutes with no assistance, no one asked to take my order. The car behind me got out of line & left. I decided to leave after sitting at the speaker for 15 minutes with no answer & I went to Mcdonalds instead. The car in front of me was still sitting at the drive thru window, waiting for his food.

Got a chicken sandwich, patty was so paper thin it was basically 99% fried breading.
