I order from the app so I donât have to wait in the long line or go inside to place an order. Please tell me why I placed an order for two doppio espressos at 7:20 am and didnât get them till 7:50 am. I understand itâs very busy but I ordered it thru the app. Whatâs the point if itâs still going to take that long to get and I still have to fight to get in the parking lot cause itâs always full. When I order at the island and Iâm in flour bluff I get my coffee as soon as I get there. Do better Portland. You know youâre going to be busy then have more people working. I avoid this Starbucks as much as I can because of the wait. Also your employees arenât the nicest. The people who were there before and quite were so nice and kind. These new people always look angry and annoyed.

Barista was wonderful, the cashier did not get my order right and so they had to start all over again. The good part is that it wasnât very busy. Other than that, everything else was good. I hope they get people who know what theyâre doing at the cashier position, she was talking wayyyyy too much to her customer friend in front of me and I believe she was distracted.
