Door said they close at 10 pm, online it says they close at 9 pm, so imagine our surprise when we stop by at 7 pm and find the doors locked and employees mopping inside. No one came to door or engaged us in any way, other than to look up briefly when we tried to open the door. No notice on the door so we called their number. Employee that answered stated, quite curt, we close at 7 pm indefinitely.
Maybe that should be updated on app, website, door?

I worked here!!! They allow flies to land on the food and still serve it to customers!! I spoke against this and they fired me quickly!! I still miss my favorite customers!! Don’t go here!! Everything is contaminated and if you feel ill after eating here then consult an attorney!! Flies in the back getting on all the food is horrible yet they still made us serve it!!

If you go in the evening, it’s like playing a game of Russian roulette with their Sandwich Artists attitudes. The last four times we’ve gone, only one artist was polite and had a well mannered etiquette. The food quality is still great although if you want bread choices you can expect to have one or two options since they are always out.

They dont answer the damn phone i tried to cancel order no answer 5 times but it shows someone is making the order on the progress; and online customer service is nowhere to be

I give up with this store. For months, if you are lucky to find something they have to make a sandwich, you can bet the order will be wrong.

The last few times I've been in there, they have been out of bread. Doesn't matter what time of day either. Not even out of a certain type, out of bread completely! How do you have a sub shop and can't keep enough bread? How do you stay in business? Very frustrating! Other than that, the staff is usually friendly and the subs are good when there is bread.

Staff is very courteous and professional. We got a veggie sandwich and it was crispy and tasty. Highly recommend this place for vegetarians.
