Walked into this restaurant, as I am a truck driver and cannot get my truck, even bobtail through the drive thru. It took 18 minutes for them to produce my 5 items. Partly due to them popping out 10 or 12 drive thru orders. Partly due to the manager kept answering phone calls. Piss poor service. Dining room was filthy, liked Noone cleaned it all day. Where the hell has customer service gone? Everyone wants more money to work, for what? I used to work at Taco Bell in Aiea, HI, then downtown San Diego. We messed up at times, yes! But we still had alot better quality of customer service and food then any of the new generations these days. I will never recommend this Taco Bell to anyone. You might get typhoid from waiting too long!

Second time we receive absolutely AWFUL food. It's not fresh. It isn't correct. They really need to take a look at managers and employees that don't care about what they serve to paying customers. GROSS. This is supposed to be a 5 layer burrito with extra sour cream. Wasn't fresh. Zero sour cream. What happened to the nacho cheese? Don't waste your money. Changes must be made.

This taco bell is filthy and disgusting. By the tea on the wall is stains of something all over the wall . The drinks all of them were flat . The floor was filthy with trash food and stains . We had to wipe down are table before we could eat . Customers that left there trash was still on several tables.
