Really enjoy their food. Some great appetizers and some very interesting dishes, I had never seen before. I’ll be back.

Best pho and orange chicken! 10/10

I normally don’t do these reviews but I want to praise these guys. Had the Ramen and it was phenomenal! Great service and great food. I think if I had to nitpick something it’s the music playing in the background. Bit loud and hard to hold a conversation without saying “huh, what” over the oriental music.

I love the food at The Rice Hat. I love supporting independent businesses with my money. Today, Friday, lunch, just fell short of its usual good service. Our waiter never smiled, made any kind of small talk and we felt rushed to finish our meal. Our to-go boxes came while 2 out of 3 at the table were still eating. On the way out I had a quiet word with a second waitress just to say hey, we wanted to see a smile from our server. Our meal was $72, including a tip for three meals. That waitress cut me off, asked if I had any complaints about the food, and I did not, then told me to have a nice day in a condescending tone and walked off. The food is always good, portions size excellent. Service should also live up to a decent standard. $72 for lunch is alot. A smile and a 30 second chat costs nothing, but goes a long way to repeat customers coming in. Sadly, it'll be awhile before I go back.

Excellent customer service kevin was amazing very attentive and checked on us throughout our whole dining experience. The food was amazing and huge portions worth the $$$. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

This place is amazing! Everyone was so welcoming and nice as soon as we entered. The food was amazing, and our waitress was extremely attentive. We may have found our new favorite place!

I visited today and the waitress was extremely rude, as was the waiter, which was disappointing and I do not intend to return, and now I understand why he was rude because the owner was yelling at another customer.

I came here today for my moms birthday, she was all excited as this is her special day and we came yesterday to ask for reservation and they said it’s first come first serve but when we came there first we were served last. The owner was raising her voice at my mom and not letting her talk, we waited a HOUR to get a seat when there is clearly an entire area that is empty! When we ordered our food one of my moms friends was asking for a drink then the owner started screaming at her saying “JUST TELL ME WHAT DRINKS YOU WANT, COKE,SPRITE,ETC” when she could’ve js handled it more professional than yelling and embarrassing us in the entire restaurant, overall I would never come here the service is bad and got my order wrong and charged me more. Thanks a lot for nothing.
