General Tso's Tofu was ✨️magical✨️. This place really knows how to do tofu. One order is large enough for two whole meals, so the price is worth it! Service was fast and friendly!
Their Raman double meat is the best soup I have ever had near Mexico . Bring a cushion to sit on because their seats are plywood. Their cups are small pitchers.
LOVE this place! Had a chance to try them out yesterday and so glad we did. Food tastes soo fresh, the staff was amazing and quick to help with incredible recommendations. Can’t wait to go back 🫶🏼
Food is amazing! The service was great! Highly recommend!!!!!
Although the food was good we experienced gnats around our table. Not only were they around our food but we had a few fly into our good. When we adressed the issue the waiters response was sorry I saw that on the news . When I told him it's in our food, he just gave a idgaf look at us and apologized again.
Unexplainable!!
No solution no resolution. Where is the management in this place.
It’s always a great experience dining here!
Crab Rangoon was delicious, twice cooked pork belly was on point. Service was good, wait was minimal. Very good experience, looking forward to coming again.
If you don't know what your order consists of, this place is for you. The lo mein is not lo mein. Their chow mein isn't chow mein. They should be ashamed for ripping off paying customers. Second time we've tired. Second time we've been let down with amateur cooking. Skip this place. Save your money. Their food is laughable.
Good chinnese food. Good atmosphere
Amazing food, our new favorite spot! Portions are HUGE!

The food is fantastic! The portions are huge. The staff is so nice & attentive. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out.
Seriously delicious food! The chicken dumplings are perfection and of the four entrees we’ve tried, all have been worthy of going home wearing a smear of sauce on our shirts as badges of honor.
Service is friendly, fast, and equitable, with newcomers and regulars treated with respect and courtesy.
I was sad to see the eggplant and tofu dish rotating off the menu, but the quality of the other dishes was such that I happily dove into another tofu dish.
Anytime we visit Portland we will frequent The Rice Hat.

On my way back to Dallas just stopped by grabbed some Asian cuisine for lunch and it turned out to be a great treat. Pho is delicious and generously portioned, I also have Hunan Delight, honestly I have never heard of this dish name before in China so I gave it a try and I should say they have truly grasped the essence of Chinese cooking lol. If I get the chance I will come again for sure.☺️

I enjoyed Rice Hat! It's cute, easy 1 sided menu. No kids menu so for me I can't bring my kids. The dish I got was spicy and good. The wait isn't too too long. Decent portions
