I normally don’t do these reviews but I want to praise these guys. Had the Ramen and it was phenomenal! Great service and great food. I think if I had to nitpick something it’s the music playing in the background. Bit loud and hard to hold a conversation without saying “huh, what” over the oriental music.
I love the food at The Rice Hat. I love supporting independent businesses with my money. Today, Friday, lunch, just fell short of its usual good service. Our waiter never smiled, made any kind of small talk and we felt rushed to finish our meal. Our to-go boxes came while 2 out of 3 at the table were still eating. On the way out I had a quiet word with a second waitress just to say hey, we wanted to see a smile from our server. Our meal was $72, including a tip for three meals....
Excellent customer service kevin was amazing very attentive and checked on us throughout our whole dining experience. The food was amazing and huge portions worth the $$$. Definitely recommend this restaurant.
