This Whataburger has really gone down hill! Manager tonight should’ve never allowed food to go out like that. Hash browns were so old/crispy that all it was was crunch. Mind you it was 11:15/11:20! It’s not that hard to drop fresh hash browns ESPECIALLY when yall are ALREADY taking forever! They tell you you have a time limit on the food for a reason, follow your own guidelines and trash it when it’s time to trash it!

They had their 75th anniversary and from 2pm to 8pm their hamburgers were .75 cents. But their app was so messed up you couldn't order and the only way you got the special was online on the app.

The past two days I’ve went to whataburger drive through has been extremely slow at night! They pull up your car and forget about you! 2 night ago it took them 45 mins for one burger a large fry and 3 chicken strips! Last night it took them 30 mins for one burger and fries. Each time they asked me to pull my car up. Speed of service is not a priority here for the night shift and it shows!

Slow as hell. If you plan to stop for any time of the day to get lunch or breakfast plan on waiting for 20 minutes. I had to leave my food twice at this location because they took so long. The thing is, both of the times that I’ve left my food there were hardly any customers in the store.

The Portland Whataburger is definitely not what it should be. Recently the service has gone downhill and has become super slow. They really don’t care to properly place your food in the bag instead they shove it all in one bag and it’s a complete mess. My husband ordered three meals and all were shoved in to a small paper bag, looked like it was trash the way it was packed in there. Also when you order ahead you usually still have to wait an extended period of time to get your food. Not sure what is going on with this Whataburger but it’s in pretty bad shape. I’ve had several recent bad experiences but there’s not enough time to go through each of them.

Outdated Whataburger always smells like dirty water, workers don’t acknowledge you at the counter, food takes way too long to come out even ordering online still having to wait 30 mins to an hour for our food. Food is always cold and they never get the orders correct.

Placed my order at 4:55 pm, leaving plenty of time to eat and make another local engagement. We waited 20 minutes before I went back to the counter to check on my order. I was told, “They’re working on it right now.” Five minutes later, it was brought to our table and it was barely warm. After having to wait 25 minutes before getting our food, we didn’t have time to make them redo the order. They had a lot of employees working, so I can’t put this down to them being short handed. We’ve never had this happen to us before, at this location. So we’re very disappointed.

The cashier Jazmin P didn’t get my order right when I came to switch the gravy from my 2 kids meals for bbq dip she only gave me one since they weren’t on my order, she never ask me what type of dip I want and she assumed that I want gravy, she was so rude, I know that you guys get super busy but each customer deserves a really good customer service no matter what..
