This wing stop is not as great as it used to be, I asked for extra well-done wings, and they were not. They also had a strong nasty smell to them.

So the service 🙄 was not great at all when we wanted to change something on out order they got really annoyed and told us we could not also they took about 45 minutes to make our order and when they gave it to us they threw it to us and said hope you like it then walked away and rolled their eyes and walked away also when we got our meal we looked and saw that half of the order was not their so we had to go to the front desk and get the other half they also do not have so many tables and also does not have any ice.

The food turned out ok which is why I gave it two stars-even though after walking inside we were a little nervous to eat it. The little girl at the check out was VERY rude and didn’t care to listen to the fact our order was wrong. The manager needs to educate some employees on what customer service is. The place is absolutely filthy from the tables to sit at, to behind the counter where they cook. Very disappointing for wing stop!

The food was good. Even though it took almost an hour to get. The customer service is garbage. The chick who thinks she is a manager is extremely rude. You try and tell her your side and she just tells you that you can leave. With that kind of a manager no wonder things get lost in the shuffle. The restaurant itself is very dingy and all the tables were dirty. The staff didn’t bother to clean a table for us instead just gave us our order togo even though i stated that i wanted to dine in. The soda machine is a joke, 85% of the products are out. While i was waiting the 45+ mins to get my order i also overheard a lady getting upset because her order was not ready and she had ordered online 30 minutes prior. Just a bunch of teens working here with no adult supervision. Wings were good though.
The boneless wings were a inch big (mostly just crust), almost all the celery had bad spots, the blue cheese had more chunks than usual and tasted weird

Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had I would recommend to go to Buffalo wild wings go in corpus or just wait for the store in Portland to open because the wings we're soggy the fries weren't up to par and the service is horrible I can't imagine how a store can get this bad

This is definitely the Worst Wingstop I've ever been to called in an order ahead of time got there 10min past the wait time they gave me and still waited there another 30 minutes not only the wait I was ignored after asking politely to check into my order... would not recommend to anyone avoid if possible

I don't understand how a food establishment can be so mismanaged. Seems like every evening they run out of soft drinks, ice, cups, drink carriers or other various items. The tables are rarely cleaned all while staff is standing around gossiping.
Worst Wingstop in the Area , rude service , dirty , literally a dude serving looks like hasn’t taken a shower and very dirty clothes, their drink machine always out of order like seriously ?! About to put a complain to public and health sanitation will see if Mr State Representavie does something about his store .
