I love Biggs pizza and have been a loyal customer for years. I got the classic pepperoni pizza and was disappointed that the pizza was not the same. The look and taste is completely off and different. The pizza was not fully cooked and was thin, not like before. I had to recook my pizza in my oven. The bread was very dry and barley had any tomato sauce. The parmesan cheese was an orange color, not sure why. Before at Biggs pizza you got a free soda with each pizza but not anymore. I am very sad and miss the original. ?

Pizza was okay but mozzarella sticks were served cold. I think they might have them stored in the freezer then microwave them before serving. If so it seems like they didn't microwave for enough time. I had to put them in the air fryer for them to be tolerable. Next time I'm definitely just going to drive to Pleasanton for better pizza.
