When a customer asks for no mayo, don't put mayo on the damn burger. i asked twice and yet there was mayo on it. Terrible service., avoid this location.

I've stayed away from Sonics at different locations for several years because of the same issues. I tried them again one more time because they use to be so good. But once again I was served another sloppy and soggy hamburger that was obviously made long before I ordered it. The bun was like mush from the lettuce and tomatoes and dripping. Disgusting. I'm done with all Sonics.

When there are only 2 sizes of something, that is a small & a large. Has to be 3 sizes for there to be a medium, hello? Tell those kids (it was a boy) not to argue with the customer that there is no large when there are only 2 sizes. Girl that brought the order out was very friendly.
I was excited to find that this sonic still has the gravey with their chicken basket.

The last few times we have got got food from here, it has been horrible! Cold every single time we have gone, bread has been soggy on many things. I could understand if it sat for so long, but I literally live across the street and order online! I will for now on be going to Denison if I want sonic!

Their drinks taste like dirt. Every time they answer the intercom, there is loud laughing in the background. Alot of their intercoms don't work and no sign to let you know (took me 4 times once to find one that worked...or that someone would answer)Pretty sure that chicken slider wasn't cooked properly...
